They were priced competitively, extremely responsive to calls and emails (Ellie does their communication and is extremely professional and fast!), and the work was done perfectly and all within about 5 hours. The guys were going to show up between 9-11 and arrived right at 9, as I had asked if we could wrap everything up in one day. They were super professional, laid down floor covering, cleaned the kitchen after the job was done, and didn't leave a trace. Unfortunately the dishwasher wasn't turning on after the job, so I called Ellie and she sent someone out the next business day who fixed it right away! 10/10 customer service, responsiveness, and quality. I would definitely recommend and hire again.

Kurt showed up on Friday and took measurements, sent an estimate the same day. Started the work next Monday morning. Finished Tuesday afternoon. Dee, who was doing the work, was very professional, explained all the steps of the work. Listened to our requirements and made some adjustments. May be not the cheapest company, but the work was done quickly and with good quality.

I highly recommend this company. Bina is a delight to work with, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful in working within a budget. She coordinated the job from beginning to end and was always available for questions. A backsplash sounds easy, but my home is old and offered several challenges, from electrical to plumbing. The tile installer arrived promptly as scheduled and did a beautiful job. The final cost was unchanged from my original quote. I've since chosen this company to do my upcoming bath remodel.

I called Eric to get an estimate. He arrived on time and made a few recommendations to make the job easier, namely scheduling another contractor to install som lighting before he came in to our home. The estimate was fast and fair in price. I purchesed the tile and grout. Eric's guts arrived right on time and prepped my kitchen for the work. They were professional, courteous and actually pretty fast. They covered care and maintenance and recommended a sealant. They cleaned everything after the job was finished.
