Ceiling Fan Installation
Home Remodeling
Fan #1 was an odd-sized old model. The tech attempted to repair it--a rarity these days--but couldn't locate a proper motor. He charged a very small fee for the labor. He left, promising to research the old fan on-line to try to find a replacement. His efforts were successful, and he then returned to finish the replacement. (The fan was located in a very high portion of the ceiling, with no attic space above it. It was a very difficult job.) He then replaced fan #2--a standard-sized unit--with one that I had independently purchased. This fan was still working but was very old so I thought it best to have this excellent tech replace it. This install was also troublesome, but he did it very well. I was extremely pleased.
