    These guys are lifesavers! My battery wouldn't hold a charge, even when my charger was plugged in. Even worse, the battery swelled up so much that it was pushing my screen up out of place. My phone was a mess. Cell Phone Restore Houston sent a tech to my house and fixed my phone the same day. My tech was super friendly and knowledgeable. I broke my screen years ago and I had a retail store fix it. I had to drop my phone off in the morning and I didn't get it back until the end of the day. I wish this service existed back then! The repair took about 30 minutes and my phone was up and running in no time. This was super fast and convenient. I will never use a retail repair store again

    We discovered Tom Heard of HailaGeek through an Angies’s List search. We were in the process of moving and we were looking for some technical to support on reinstalling our TV and to provide to consulting advice on setting some “ring” type cameras. Tom came to our home and showed us the various options on TV installation as well as pros and cons of different types of video security setups. We ultimately decided to buy a new “smart” TV as well as a standalone video monitoring system. Tom advised us on brands of equipment he had good success with while being conscious of our budget. Tom and his team installed everything for us flawlessly! His knowledge and attention to detail was awesome. Watching him work on multiple issues at the same time while holding a conversation about virtually anything is something to see. He's pleasant, approachable, and up to date on the latest technology. He's taken care of our small business and home computer needs.     He setup the phone in advance to speed the process and did little things that shows his dedication and commitment to taking care of the customer. He made up a cat 5 cable for us to hook the internet to the phone and he explained all the features. He also called back to make sure we didn’t run into any problems.     Hired David to help with some issues with my home security system. He came and charged a lot for the first visit. "Fixed " the problem but it kept happening. He would try to "fix" it over the phone or come over and charge me again for the same problem and it was not cheap. He then told me it was the IP address so I got a static IP address didn't work. He told me to buy a monitor to connect directly to the cameras....another $100 later...same problem. Finally got ring cameras where they are 24/7 there to help you. David does not work weekends and doesn't always like to work during the week. A security camera repair person should come over when needed. I paid a lot and never got the problems solved. He also made a disparaging remark about coming to the US to work eluding that "we" were not as smart I was super offended by that. He also when I tried to write down how to run through the check list of problem solving techniques he was quick to run through them so as to not help me...so I didn't have to call him and pay him each time the same problem occurred. He will probably respond about how I don't understand this and that but bottom line...he got paid a lot....my cameras don't work...no matter what he told me to buy or get and "it will fix the problem
