It was a great experience. The guy who came to do the estimate took photos of all the problems and also found other problems too. (we actually had another guy come to estimate and knew of all the problems already so it was nice he confirmed the same problems and how to fix.) The price was fair and so we had them do it. The guy who came to fix the roof worked a few hours to fix it. We asked he take before and after photos so we knew it was fixed and he did that. He did a good job. they have one year warranty on fix so we can see how it does during rainy season. Great company. Always responsive to calls.

Keith called us on Monday after I called him to say we had a roof leak and needed someone to come out as soon as possible. That was on Sunday afternoon and on Monday morning he called to say he could have someone out the next day. The representative showed up right on time, got up on the roof to fix the problem area and found another small problem along the way which, he fixed as well. While he was on the roof he gave feedback on it's condition overall as well, saying that it was in good shape.

After finishing my excellent research about them, we hired them to make some significantly large repairs to our home. Oren was very up front about what needed to be done, and he listened to our concerns and ideas of what we need and want and then came up with a super detailed plan of what needed to be done. We found Oren as a very honest, professional, easy to work with person, competent, and extremely knowledgeable about his trades. Oren was present and working with his teams almost all the time they were present. Oren always answered his phone right away whenever we had questions (and believe us we had so many questions and comments). Recent Review: WE asked 3 contractors to give us an estimate and how are they going to fix the problem. Based on their recommendations we decided to hire Joe at Westshore. He has the highest estimate among the three contractors but with more extensive description to fix the problem. He did what he said he would do and he also cleaned the gutter of our outdoor kitchen which was not included in our contract. Joe is easy to work with.I asked him so many questions while working on the roof and he's very patient in explaining to me what they did.My overall experienc with Joe and his team is very good. It could have been perfect but they were not able to finish this project in 2 days as he promised. It took them a week but it's fine with me as long as they will do a great job which I think they did.
