I am a new customer of ADT security in Oakland, CA. I was blown away from the customer service we had, especially from Bill who we worked with the most. He was top-notch and explained every step extensively. The security system has already made us feel more safe and we are more than happy with ADT.

I did a lot of research before deciding on a home security system. I looked into Xfinity Home, ADT, and a few other smaller outfits. I went with the Link system through Costco because it offered a great deal for the price. Link is basically an Alarm.com dealer, a cellular-based alarm and home automation system, completely wireless (except for the control panel, which needs to be plugged in). No wired sensors or professional installation necessary! The system itself cost about $200, including the motion sensor, 3 sensors, wireless thermostat, 3 door/window sensors, smoke/heat detector, and 2 lighting modules, and is practically infinitely expandable. If you don't mind self-installation, it's a truly excellent system. Every component can be monitored through smartphone, tablet, or computer. My favorite part is the thermostat, which is every bit as good as the Nest thermostat, if not better. Maybe not as slick (not designed by Apple), but has all the functionality at a fraction of the price. It can be automated based on your (phone's) location, and can be controlled remotely. I had one false alarm, which was my fault. But I was called and texted promptly when it happened, so now I know the system works. In short, I'm very happy so far.

We’ve used ADT for a long long time. I really like working with them because of their long tenure in the home alarm industry. ADT is always professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and competitively priced. Their call center is also great to work with. We just bought a new security system with all of the new home automation features and we love it.

Frontpoint
Frontpoint was incredibly simple to install and activate. I sketched out the general layout of my home, shared it with my service rep and they helped me select the components I needed. Along the way I had a lot of questions and they were very patient and very responsive. Everything arrived in a nice organized box and installation was simple (actually kind of fun). Once it was ready to go, activation was done by phone -- when I called, they had already sent replacements for a fading battery and malfunctioning sensor they had detected. That's amazing! - system is entirely wireless (which makes it incredibly flexible) - no sales person or installation team needed to set foot in my home - connects with home automation solutions (I plan to add door locks and a smart garage door) - cellular monitoring - fantastic mobile apps Their coupon on Angie's list sealed the deal for me. That along with discounts they offer made this an easy decision compared to the competition.

A Quality Construction
My experience with A quality construction and specially with the project manager Shai has been wonderful. I was lucky enough to have Shai and A quality construction at my house as the people who were remodeling my house. Not only was I happy with all the ideas and new design, but also that he came over each day to the house and personally supervise the work. They kept offering great customer service and high quality of work. I have them for my solar system installation, bathrooms remodeling, new kitchen cabinets & counters, fresh interior paint, popcorn ceiling removal and home automation electrical work all over the house. The workers showed up each day as scheduled, on time and never left for the day until the work was completed. Shai, was amazing and he was always available for any question or concern but he made sure that the workers knows exactly what I am expecting. I highly recommend A quality construction and Shai for any remodeling projects. I know that they will make any home project painless.

Recent Review: Every contact made by Front Point for anything related to my systems has always went very well. When I ordered my system, the representative offered free overnight shipping because my house was not going to be lived in for a while, and I only had a short amount of time to install it.
