With closet measurements in hand, I went to the store to find a closet organizer system. Their sales staff was very helpful (and patient) as we tried out different configurations on their computerized closet design tool. It takes a while to get all the measurements and configurations just right, but in the end, I got an itemized list of all the materials needed and the closet turned out exactly as expected. I paid extra to have their contractor demo the existing closet shelves, patch, paint and install the new closet organizer. He did a great job.

The women who designed the closet was very helpful. The guy who came to put it in was very professional and the closet looks great.

He is an A-Class provider. The quality was A-One. The materials were top quality. The cost was very reasonable especially when compared with some of the other closet companies. A lot closets for the money without compromising 1 inch of quality.

Patty Kane visited and mapped out each of the closets. She had great ideas, understood how to put them into a layout, had a good understanding of the software used to create the layouts. The installers were professional and cleaned up the sawdust after the job was completed. The quality was very good e.g. pieces aligned and matched, smooth drawer pullouts, no dings on walls.

Lisa came to look at all the closet spaces and offered solutions. She suggested a visit at their office to look at materials and ideas. She provided detailed computer drawings within a few days with a quote. Delivery and installation were very fast in approximately 1 week to 10 days. Lisa followed up after installation. I had the drawers hardware changed to self closing one and that was performed in a week as well as some light filing on the edges.

Perfect! Larry Glick came to determine the best way to go. He provided us with perfect drawings and made revisions when we asked. He gave us a great discount because we used Angie's list. I liked the fact that they came over and talked about how they would be designing it. They drew it up and they sent us the plan. Two weeks later, they came back and did exactly what they said. They were done within a few short hours. The price was reasonable. They were professional and on time.

Had an in-home consultation and closet could be customized for my needs and my husband's closet for his particular needs. A couple of gentlemen from the company came to measure and the draftsman came and checked his own measurements before everything was fabricated. The installers were really EXCELLENT . I say this having done 2 large remodels in our house and being the daughter of a home builder myself. The finish work was great and I had every hook and piece of hardware exactly were it worked for me! I don't hesitate to recommend this company for closet installs...not the cheapest, but I consider the walk-in closets to be an investment in my sanity and a huge resale factor

The store has well trained people to help you. They use a computer program to lay out your closet, and then you pick your options, and they cut the metal pieces for you on site, and they are ready within a half hour. The store makes it easy to return anything that doesn't fit into your closet or doesn't work. I would highly recommend going there if you need custom closets (their ELFA brand is what we used) it is really easy to install.

Closets by Design came out and gave me an estimate. They had some great ideas. However, I chose to go a different direction because it was a little more than I wanted to spend for such a small closet. They were very responsive and did excellent follow up. If I was looking to do a larger space I would definitely have gone with Closets by Design, they have an excellent staff and company.

Our closet turned out really great. Just what we were hoping for. The XSpace Building team was easy to work with and responsive to our needs.

They were good. They gave a really sort of detailed plan for the closets and arranged for the installation and everything. The designer was really good about going overall, sorted the different options and suggestions on how to organize the space. The installer was really good about getting everything installed. There were some stuff that he had to do to make some adjustments to the closets before he actually did the installation and he basically made sure to get all that stuff done. Everything turned out really nicely. The one issue that they had was that the installed times were quite a bit out. They could get somebody out to do the design work and everything right away, but it took them quite a while to be able to schedule the install just because they were so booked. Having to wait over a month for the closets to actually be installed was not ideal, but it wasn't a terrible thing. Once the install was actually scheduled, the installer was prompt and basically got everything done in one day. They did an excellent job. It probably would be nice if we don't have to wait that long. We have actually used this company before at a different office in my old house 8 years ago. They are definitely a company that I check with when I do need closets done and I recommend them to people. Their designers have very good ideas for how to maximize the usefulness of a closet space. If it's a small closet or a big closet, they've got a lot of different ideas and they've got a broad range of closets. I can get a closet organized that's not going to cost too much. There are lots of options if I got the budget to really allow for full customization. They really got a broad offering and they didn't really try to push me into expensive options. The designer was pretty good about showing me the different price points and really highlighting what those price points were rather than just pushing me into the most expensive ones and forcing me to ask what the other options were. I really appreciated that. They really tried to give us a good design without breaking the bank.

My first experience of hiring a custom closet install was quite enjoyable and the finished product was just what I wanted. The design consultant that came for the estimate was prompt and professional. He was flexible in the design to meet both the needs of the function of the closets and the limits of the spaces. From design to install took just 8 working days. The installers arrived early, laid down protective covers (since it was raining heavily) and had both projects done under 4 hours. I am very happy with the results, as is my very particular teenager.

We had gotten 4 bids from custom closet companies and we felt they were the best company for the job.Their prices are competitive and the quality is excellent. Their installation team was wonderful, too! We would definitely use them again.
