Thanks Ivan. The issue is not a Site Ground or a KeyCDN issue.
It is do with the practical application of the plugin and the correct configuration that’s required to make this all work.

It seems a WordPress error. Try to add this
define('COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'sembec.com.au');
At the top of wp-config.php. (After <?php)
If it works, please tell me.
No, still the same result with code added.

http://wp-admin.sembec.com.au/wp-admin/ YES
I didn’t have your plugin installed wp-admin.sembec.com.au
I do now and I can login from the Online Setup from sembec.com.au
There is no auto config wp-admin.sembec.com.au

Does wp-admin.sembec.com.au and http://www.sembec.com.au use same WordPress install and same database? It should be same. A single site but two domains. If you installed this plugin on http://www.sembec.com.au, it should also be here wp-admin.sembec.com.au.
Hmm, no I have two WP installs. I fix that now.
Now we are on the right track. Deleted wp-admin.sembec.com.au WP install.
Added wp-admin.sembec.com.au to the domains for the sembec.com.au so there are now three domains pointing at the install.
Now getting this error message.
This has been added to Cloudflare http://www.sembec.com.au 300 IN CMANE wwwsembeccomau-553a.kxcdn.com but still have error message.

You need to disable the orange cloud (CDN) on the Cloudflare, use DNS only. and then go to KeyCDN and add Zonealias. KeyCDN will check the CNAME so before add Zonealias you must make the cloud gray. And to use the KeyCDN cache, you should not use Cloudflare’s CDN.
OK, got it. Good work. We are nearly there. I will let you know when its all OK.
Thanks for your assistance.
Ok, so I am still having issues.
If http://www.sembec.com.au. 300 IN CNAME wwwsembeccomau-553a.kxcdn.com is enabled in Cloudflare (with grey cloud) I cannot access site.
There is a Zone
I have not been able to set an alias in KeyCDN as it cannot read the CName – even when I can read the Cname with a DNS check.
If I remove wwwsembeccomau-553a.kxcdn.com and use sembec.com.au as the CName I then can access sembec.com.au and wp-sembec.com.au and can see the WPKeyCDN is configured in both and can login to KeyCDN.
There is no Cache-Tag header.
