Keenan T and his supervisor Brian H, just completed a 3 million dollar home in Sunshine Canyon in Boulder Co. for my family, the craftsmanship of the timberframe interior design was flawless and the exterior design using stone walls covering the outer facade was breathtaking and spectacular. We did however have several delays that were not of his making, including inspection delays, covid 19 shutdowns, and major fire in our canyon that closed down our roads, However their team did their best to make up for these delays, they produced a home that is worthy of being placed on cover of any architectural design magazine.

Mitchell R. from Right Construction remodeled my kitchen in October of 2018. From the get-go, Mitchell was responsive and proactive. He designed my kitchen, oversaw every step of the deconstruction and
the reconstruction. He came in slightly below budget and within the
promised three-week time frame. I couldn t be happier with my new kitchen. I have more counter space and plenty of storage. My kitchen is modern, efficient and simply gorgeous.

TMD handled our Wash Park remodel. They are personable, knowledgeable, responsive, and have a solid stable of subcontractors who take pride in doing superior work. They have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and looked out for our best interests throughout the process. They are competitive in terms of pricing and were sensitive to our timeline. When you decide to build a new home/addition it can be out right intimidating with getting permits and all the decisions to be made. My husband and I decided to build a small home on our property for my parents and started taking on the daunting task of getting permits ourselves. We finally realized it was time to get help and find a contractor. We found Frank and Riki through other reviews and had an amazing experience from the very first meeting. They are a great team and were able to move the permitting process along quickly and with more ease than us alone. The workers they hired were respectful of our property and did an amazing job. Frank is very knowledgeable about his field and Riki keeps things on track and helped us so much with the interior of the home. They kept in contact every step of the way and made an experience that started out miserable much more enjoyable as it should be when building a place you will call home. I can not say enough good thing about these 2. If your looking for a contractor look no further!
