Andres and the entire Hernandez painting team did a fabulous job on our project. We had them paint the exterior of our home to a dramatically different color, and also paint/stain interior trim and baseboards. They are meticulous and very detail oriented. They prep each area thoroughly to ensure things are done extremely well and will not require additional work. For enameling some closet and bedroom doors and baseboards, they built an enclosed tent in our garage to spray things beautifully while protecting the area. For the very few small examples where touch up and refinements were needed, Andres and the team welcome and encourage feedback to ensure you are completely satisfied. They are efficient and do a terrific job. Andres (the owner) was at our job site each and every day of the project. This type of owner/operator model is what I truly love in working with a home service provider. Owners care and ensure a terrific job is done. Andres certainly fits that description and more.

Tom is incredibly detail oriented. He is a great listener and always took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. Fred Sable was hired to reside and paint our house. In the process he found an ant problem. He cleaned out the whole thing and replaced the siding. He ended up doing much more than siding and painting the whole house in other ways too...there were several smaller "fix-ups" that needed doing. This was a big project for Fred and his two workers, but he ended up doing a fine job, and the attention to detail was impressive.

Design they came up with was great. Process to get the project going was very straight forward and transparent. They gave me good ideas for direction on best approach to the design with the space limitations. Contract was clear and complete. They helped me purchase all of the materials by going to the stores with me. Their recommendations were perfect after seeing the end result. On my own, I would never had gotten in right. Project manager was very competent and 'can do'. It is an older house and 'issues' were encountered during construction. They were handled very professionally and with no negative consequences to me. They subbed out all of the trades to excellent contractors. I met most of them and I would hire them myself based on the skill level of the work. They custom made the cabinets and they are beautiful and fit very nicely in with the design. The results exceeded my expectations.

This carpenter is the real deal - absolutely precise in his work, installing my laminate wood flooring beautifully around cabinets, appliances and closets in my kitchen and entry hallway. He is knowledgeable, higly professional, and honest! No short-cuts here, only consistent and intentional selection and application of each laminate panel. My floors look lovely and I feel very lucky to have had him in my home. Anastacio arrived on time, early morning, and completed both flooring projects in one day! I will not hesitate one minute, to request "Built on the Rock" to complete any new carpentry projects for me, nor should you!!!
