    William, the technician helping me with a lock project, really did a fantastic job. Our HOA approved my request to install a keypad lock which I thought would be simple and help my tenant when our building has to do things like routine preventative maintenance to plumbing lines. However it turned out that we have a very unusual and specific type of door in our complex, for which only a certain type of more expensive commercial grade lock is compatible. And, that lock required an additional item to program it which had to be special ordered ... you get the idea. After a lot of adventures with sourcing, the door and its new lock are up and running!

He was able to resolve both problems, and advised me as to the solutions and let me choose what work he would perform.     Technician arrived on time. He was very efficient in tackling all the locks that needed to be changed out. We did a final walk through and tested every lock. Only thing I would suggest is that dispatcher of technicians be clear when the setup appointments. I got a little confused on who I actually setup appt with since I requested multiple quotes for the work. We finally got to the bottom of it

I was very impressed with this company and the professionalism they displayed. I researched several locksmith's to see if they were indeed licensed by the Texas Department of Safety's TOPS department and this company was the only one I could find that was currently licensed.     I hired Texas Safe And Lock to install a safe I ordered online and I am so glad I did. It amazed me how quickly these guys moved my 800 pound safe down a hundred foot gravel driveway and through several obstacles to get it into the house. The owner was onsite during the installation and everyone was very polite professional. Their pricing is more than fair and I can't see myself ever calling anyone else for my safe and lock needs in the future
