NSLondon 2021.3 — Memory Management and Debugging

Online event

Hey NSLondoners! We hope you had a great WWDC week.

Join us on Zoom for a talk by Yahya Saddiq on memory management and debugging.

As an iOS software engineer you should be conscious of your memory footprint. Fixing bugs caused by memory leaks or retain cycles is tedious, so it’s better to pin them down before they occur. This talk will cover how objects consume and release memory, how to identify issues using the Xcode Memory Graph Debugger, and how to resolve those issues.
