PHP 7.2 throws a warning when counting non-countables.

The wp-admin interface is littered with warnings:
Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in wp-content/plugins/codepress-admin-columns/classes/Column.php on line 354

Hi Toni,

Thank you very much for your feedback and the heads up.
I’ve created an issue for this and we will try to fix this for the upcoming maintenance release. First, we’ll have to setup an environment with PHP7.2 😉
