Hi @pspsdvr,
Let’s first check the server settings to make sure you have everything up to date. Reach out to your hosting provider and confirm they have the https://www.imagely.com/docs/requirements/ settings in place:
With those in place, everything should work smoothly for you. If the issue still shows up, let’s check to see if there is a plugin conflict happening. Temporarily deactivate all plugins, then reactivate NextGEN Gallery only. Does the issue still appear? If so, temporarily switch to a WordPress default theme (this deactivation is only intended to quickly check to see if the issue goes away or is still present). If by deactivating the other plugins the issue does go away, reactivate each of the other plugins one at a time to locate the culprit. Keep me posted on your results 🙂

Hi Mihai. I did as you mentioned. The gallery still is having problems though.
When I do a Pro Slideshow, the images all load without errors. When I do a Pro Horizontal Filmstrip I get the errors seen here:

@aj, I wonder if there was some caching going on. Everything looks correct on that site for me at the moment.

@aj, are you still seeing images missing from https://www.heymanhustle.com/rr/?

Actually I just deleted the sites cache and it loaded properly! Thank you! So should I turn off caching?
Hi AJ! You won’t need to turn off caching permanently. Sometimes when updates are made to the site the changes won’t be displayed right away. Purging site cache usually clears everything out so you can see the updated changes 🙂

Also this link isn’t working again: https://www.heymanhustle.com/rr/
Hi @aj,
Thanks for the examples. I hope that you wouldn’t mind editing the page where the gallery doesn’t work, edit the gallery module and save it ( without doing any changes ) then update the page and check to see if it will display the gallery.
Please let us know,

I removed the gallery from the post and re-added it using the same gallery and it showed up. Does this mean I have to edit thousands of stories?
Hi @pspsdvr,
Can you please let us know what NextGen Gallery version have you used back then you have inserted the galleries into pages?
If that was a NGG 1.x or 2.x version, we have changed the shortcode construction a couple of times since then and some of the shortcode parameters may got deprecated so the only way to currently solve the problem would be manually going through each gallery and update the shortcode.
Note that this shouldn’t apply for any shortcodes inserted with NextGen Gallery 3.x version.
