    Hi there!

So a client of mine recently reached out to me for help with W3C errors/issues. Among them, we detected that your plugin adds ID attributes to some elements the subscription form.

If you add only one subscription form to the homepage -for example- then it’s fine. However, adding two or more subscription forms will trigger W3C error messages as several inputs/buttons share the same ID attributes.

We’d appreciate it if you could remove the ID attribute from these elements to avoid these problems.

Let me know if there’s anything we can do to help.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello!

Sorry, but can’t do it. A number of earlier Studio press themes had eNews CSS based on ID, instead of class.

In the latest releases, we’ve changed how the label tags are applied to not rely on the ID to help mitigate, but the IDs need to stay to prevent breaking styling on some existing sites.

    Thanks,
    Brandon

Fair enough. I’ll let my client know so they can decide whether to keep using this plugin or not.

    Thanks for your time.

    Have a nice day!
