Redirection on activity page to member page

I have buddypress setup as a community website and I am facing one issue elated to Activity oage redirection, initially the activity url is https://example.com/activity/p/ACTIVITY_ID/ but when a user open the activity he redirected to the https://example.com/members/MEMBER_NAME/activity/ACTIVITY_ID/ so how how can I prevent this redirection? or can I remove the members/MEMBER_NAME from the URL?
And also how can I add activity title to the URL like https://example.com/activity/p/ACTIVITY_ID/ACTIVITY_TITLE ?
