    Tim and his crew were very efficient. Watching them do the flooring was amazing. They were timely as to arrival, did entire house in one day 1030 sq ft. Very respectful of our needs, since we have three disabled children. I would highly I mean very highly recommend them. They were cleaning as they went, and was very professional In everything from giving an estimate to completion of job. Wife was extremely happy with results. We got estimates from several companies all of them exceptTBW were interested in our needs not theirs

We did a major remodeling to our guest bathroom and kitchen, and the workmanship shows in every single aspect.     Good service. Overall happy with job. Had a manufacturer issue with the flooring and Chris dealt with the distributor and it was all replaced at the manufacturers expense. I did feel that the flooring sub-contractors should have noticed the problems with the wood.

    Chris was so pleasant to work with. He came by one afternoon and walked through the house with us and offered some good suggestions as to how to update our home. He supplied us with an estimate within a couple of days. He was considerate, prompt, and trustworthy. His price was very reasonable and he was happy to help when we added a few things to the list.     I contacted Mr. Allen and he came to my office the next day. We walked all the units that needed repairs and/or full paint. He asked me how soon I needed the work done and told me he would email me the estimates that evening. I received the estimates as promised and emailed the e signed acceptance. Mr. Allen then called me to schedule the work, making sure to ask what days and hours would be good for me. I can definitely appreciate that as the work was being done at an occupied apartment complex. The guys arrived as scheduled and we walked the units and checked the inventory of supplies needed to make sure they were ready to go! Within 24 hours the subfloor, VCT floor tile and rubber base in the water damaged unit in addition to two one bedroom units that had full paint e.g.(trim,walls) were done! AWESOME! The guys were very professional and called to give me status updates each day upon completion!! As the saying goes...YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET!

    Luke gave a quote, I signed his agreement, and paid a $420 deposit. When he arrived to do the job, he told my husband he could not do it because some of the wood needed repairing. He offered to return the deposit or reschedule after the repairs. My husband said we would reschedule. Finding a carpenter and scheduling the repair took roughly 2 months. When I reached out to Luke to reschedule, he more than doubled the cost of the project and refused to refund the deposit when I did not agree to the new cost. He took my money and did not provide a service. He blamed us for not contacting him sooner and said he sold our paint - when he had made no effort as a business owner to reach out to us, the customers who had paid a deposit. I absolutely do not recommend him
