Fantastic contractors. Gave an estimate with specific dates. Planned ahead and performed the work on the date given. Went above and beyond with the repairs, doing little extras to give better worksmanship. Finished $75 under budget, which like never happens. Absolutely fantastic, would recommend them to anybody.

Beautiful deck, finished in a week. Gorgeous privacy wall. Tony, the owner, noticed a few things that he considered not up to snuff on our final walkthrough, things I didn't even notice, and had his guys back the next day to fix them.

Never have I ever worked with anyone who is punctual neat. clean and takes such pride in their work. No one I''ve worked with comes up to his level. He's experienced and knowledgeable. Shannon was very responsive, went out of his way to gather our supplies during a run on that type of lumber, completed te work efficiently , was neat, and provide straight-forward advice on how to maintain the pergola.. Custom cedar fence with gates
Replace large concrete pad
Replace front door
Replace basement windows
Update exterior facade of entryway
Overall, we had a very good experience working with Ryan and his team. We love the work they did. They charged a fair rate and did the work in a timely manner. We will likely hire Performance again for future work.
Communication: Ryan was easy to work with. He answered all of our questions and presented us with clear options and recommendations when needed. He even answered my questions that were unrelated to the projects we had going on.
Quality of work: We were fortunate to have Ryan doing most of our work. He took his time and made sure every detail was addressed properly, from making seamless transitions on the fence to making custom moulding for our door.
Scope and Cost: There were no surprises. Ryan kept us updated on the timeline at all stages and discussed how any changes to the original plan would impact cost. Our quote only went up from what was originally estimated because we made changes to materials and processes.
Hiccups: Unfortunately, not everything went perfectly. After significant delays in getting our basement windows (no fault of Performance), the windows were sloppily installed by some of the team. Fortunately, Ryan came out reviewed the work and fixed everything at no extra cost. Now the windows look and work great.

We had a huge project including residing, decking, railing, a deck cover, and whole house paint. Superior Home took on the work and delivered phenomenal results, we could not be happier. Ismael is an incredible craftsman, very intuitive to our vision with an eye for detail. The ideas we communicated to him were not only executed but consistently improved upon as he brought his experience to the table. His team was great, very friendly, and they worked hard and fast. Each day before they left, they would stack material and clean the job site leaving our yard free of debris which made the remodeling process a lot less invasive to everyday life. Upon completion, we spent a weekend absorbing the beautiful work of Ismael, and came up with our punch list: Absolutely nothing! Superior Homemade our project was a pleasure. I highly recommended them.

I hired Linck Landscaping to put in a front porch & pergola, after getting 3 quotes. Linck was the best quote for expense and for getting the work done quickly. Nick took my rough drawing, and made it so much better. I have a gorgeous front porch that strangers stop to comment on. The landscapers were reliable, conscientious, and did the work in a reasonable time. I was so pleased, that I hired them to install a back deck too. Now, I have wonderful outdoor spaces that I can relax, entertain & fill with flowers and plants.

These guys are TOP notch. This project was for a patio cover with gabled roof. Nohr seem to know exactly what we wanted. He was flexible with some changes we asked for and overall was reasonable in price compared to others in the market. I did cost a little more than we anticipated but worth every penny. Once the crew got on site they were on time (early) and worked hard throughout the day. The entire project was completed in 3 days. Other company's told us it would take up to a week. High quality craftmanship while staying on schedule is hard to come by these days. Paradise more then met our expectations. Thanks for the great experience.
