Adam was very proactive from the first phone call to the final inspection of the work done. Belmont Builders rebuilt sections of my 3-flat's back stairwell. They replaced a joist and the floor and then while working, realized another joist had to be replaced. I was contacted, sent photos and the final price including the extra work was very fair. I am totally impressed and as Adam is a contractor, I will be contacting him again for all my building needs.

Great from start to finish. Their crew renovated my basement, removing old wood planking, installing insulation, putting up drywall, trim, painting, installing new windows, and creating a whole new wall and door. Never had any complaints, always answered all my questions and made useful suggestions. They were also very affordable considering the size of the project. Would definitely recommend them.
