  My over the street neighbor replaced his roof with a cool looking copper tinted metal roof -several years ago. At that time I was very impressed with the team performing the work and the end result. It looked great and still looks great. I wrote down the company's name "Covenant" just in case. Then, when it was time to talk about my roof needing replacement I had a colleague at work bragging about Covenant: he was very happy how Covenant put a metal roof on his house and even showed me pictures. So, I contacted Kevin Showley (Covenant's Sales Representative) who came to the house after my work hours, inspected the roof and gave me a fair price. He showed me the materials used and explained how the whole process would work. He also helped me right away with the financing part of the whole project. That same night I signed the contract and within a few days the permit was attached to one of the windows of the house. Within 2-3 weeks the materials were delivered on the driveway ! A trailer was placed on the driveway as agreed upon on Saturday. Monday at 8 sharp a team of 11 people started on the roof and put a beautiful copper look metal roof on my house within 2 days. I called the company afterwards 2 times for some minor aftercare, and each time they responded within one day ! No kidding: they stand behind their logo: they exactly delivered what they promised to do. It all went so smooth that I can barely believe it is done ! And with a 15 year warranty I feel that ' I am covered '

  S&W Kitchens brought me out of the 70s! My remodel was better than I ever expected and the cost less than estimates I had received from other companies. The remodel included removing my walls and ceilings down to the studs. After our first meeting, my designer, Sarah Kraus, knew exactly what I wanted and needed. She went by my color schemes and chose the cabinets, tile, backsplash and lighting perfectly. I love the results! My supervisor, Brian Pope, responded to my calls and any questions I had immediately. I felt he went over and above what was expected of him. Both projects were done on schedule and my home was kept as clean as possible while the work was in process. I now have an open floor plan and a beautiful, efficient kitchen and master bathroom. I would highly recommend S&W Kitchens and especially Sarah and Brian.   Todd Thomas Home was recommended to me by a friend who had work done by them. I was very impressed with their house so I hired Todd Thomas Home to remodel our bathroom. I was informed when I hired them that they would be on the higher side price wise, but that the higher price was worth it. They were right!! The bathroom looks fantastic. The experience of working with Todd Thomas Home was really enjoyable. They take the normal stress of hiring a contractor and having a job done out of the equation. Todd Thomas Home set up a calendar for my project, that I had access to, and they stuck to the calendar. I knew exactly who was going to be at my house and what they were going to do. In addition to the project calendar, the project manager, Tom, kept me informed all along the way. Even though the information was on the work calendar, Tom would call and tell me who was coming over, what time they would be at my house, and what work they were going to do. The workers showed up on time every day they were scheduled. The work they did was impressive! This is quality workmanship and it shows in the finished project. The work crews were all very respectful and treated my home as if it were their own. I fully recommend Todd Thomas Home for any remodeling project. This was the easiest remodel project I have every lived through and I will certainly use them for any future remodeling projects

  Liam and his team were absolutely incredible! Finding someone that communicates well, shows up when promised and does beautiful work...that's hard to find around Central Florida. Plus, Liam is just a wonderful guy. You can't go wrong here. Hire them. Don't even get other quotes.

  Just excellent in every way. We were referred by a handyman from Palm Bay, "Call Vincent, here's his number". Vincent came twice, seeing holes from the size of vents and returns to 3 x 5 feet openings in every ceiling. He did not blink an eye. I thought he would be glad to get away from the destruction of all of our ceilings when we had needed to replace the HVAC ductwork in our 60 year old home. We needed "patch and repair" and paint for our low profile roof which means virtually no attic. Vincent's experienced, friendly men pulled up with 4 trucks. 4 to 6 ceiling experts and painters stode in and worked for 5 days straight. Vincent Stevens knows more than the decorators about sheen choices, molding treatment, built-in paint and wood French Doors. His on-the job project manager was a pros. Vincent his on-the-job manager will protect you from yourself in this highly specialized trade. For us, this was Chris. Our home is beautiful. After everything was finished Vincent told them to paint the garage and epoxy the floor. We are star-struck about this company
