  I contacted Total Premier Construction after a bad toilet installation caused a massive leak and required us to rip out our entire Master Bathroom. I met with and got quotes from several companies for the plumbing repair and bathroom remodel, and decided on TPC. I liked the fact that they had expertise in plumbing, and after meeting with William I felt comfortable that their experience in bathroom renovations was what I needed. Dave and Brandon were at my home within days and got started on the remodel. They paid attention to every detail, from protecting my floors and bedroom furniture, to ensuring every tile was straight and every surface was level; they also corrected the original plumbing issue. They installed subway tile with a large niche, a jetted tub, quartz shower bench, floor tile, toilet, vanity, mirror, and lighting. They were courteous and mindful the entire time, worked well and got done sooner than expected. Most importantly, the finish on our bathroom is First Class. We couldn't be happier and would recommend TPC, William, Brandon, and Dave all in a heartbeat

  The problem: &nbsp;there is no Beverly Hills office; this address is for ordering only. &nbsp;As a result, all ordering of textures and colors and weaves is done visually on the website. &nbsp;It is very difficult to order texture without feeling it. &nbsp;The website was difficult for me to maneuver, trying to shift among colors and textures and edges. &nbsp;I was frustrated often, and had to call my order in. <br /> <br /> The several times I called, I got 3 different answering women, so I wonder where they are and if they actually work for the company or for a service. &nbsp;The women were all gracious and polite. &nbsp; <br /> <br /> The product came a week after the due date, and it was well-wrapped for protection. &nbsp;WARNING: &nbsp;the white fiber wrapping unravels easily and is very difficult to get up. &nbsp;Do not open outside! &nbsp;I was sure that I had ordered a black binding, and it came in a sienna color, but as custom rugs are not returnable, and as I had no proof that my (phone) order was what I had thought it was, I did not complain. &nbsp;I actually like the sienna color. &nbsp; <br /> <br /> I wonder where this company is. <br /> <br /> &nbsp

  This was the first time I had hired a professional designer to work in my home, and I chose Michael Gainey Signature Designs based in part on good reviews from his clients on Angie's List. In our first meeting in his studio to discuss the project, Michael grasped exactly what we were trying to accomplish and we connected with him right away. A second meeting followed at our home to view the existing space. He brought the flooring guy and the contractor who would work on our project. Michael had already selected some samples of hardwood flooring for us to look at, and some fabrics for the window treatments. Although we had not thought of changing our existing arched entryways, Michael suggested that doing so and framing the new openings with woodwork casements would provide a more dramatic entrance and would give us the feeling of an &quot;Old Florida&quot; home. He was absolutely right, and we love the new look. This was one advantage of hiring a professional designer who could look at our home and see the potential we were struggling to bring out. Michael was also very good at identifying those pieces of our existing furniture and accessories that he could work with in the new design. Although we purchased rugs and furniture from him, at no time did he pressure us to do or buy anything we didn't want to. I had some reservations along the way with his choice of&nbsp;window treatments and upholstery fabrics, and he was very patient with me until we reached a level of satisfaction. Michael was very good at staying in touch with us by phone, text, and e-mail. He was always prompt for our meetings.&nbsp;Our desire was to have a design that reflected our interests in nature, and our beautiful setting on the Indian River Lagoon. We were not looking for a beachy vibe or Key West colors, but that Old Florida look and design elements that connected our room to the river view outside. Our new room is just beautiful and reflects our personalities and interests. I felt throughout the project that Michael was truly interested in giving us what we wanted, and did not try to force us into some trendy design. Other than the initial $500 design fee, we did not pay any additional fees for Michael's services because we ordered enough furnishings through him. We paid the flooring and contractor's work to those providers directly. Michael Gainey was a pleasure to work with. <br /
