Embed Link ShortCode

This plugin adds a shortcode to get a similar functionality that has facebook when a link is pasted to the input status.

'Embed Link ShortCode' tries to emulate the functionality that facebook has when a link is pasted to the input status. But it doesn't happen when you paste a link in the body of a new entry (as when you paste a youtube link in the visual view of an entry), it's done using a shortcode. The provided link to the shortcode is fetched to get the meta tags, and these meta tags are used to render the new entry content. It tries to get an image to put the default entry thumbnail, and it uses some meta tags to get title text and to add a quote. The order in the entry body is: image, link and quote. If you don't like the HTML render, you can always edit the code to change format or suggest me some changes.

Usage:

1- Create a new entry.

2- Add only the link with the shortcode (in text mode, not visual) in the body of entry, no more:

[embedlink]http://example.com/example[/embedlink]

3- Push 'Save Draft'.

If all is ok, the entry body will be rewritten with the rendered html code. An image may be uploaded to the media library and added as default thumbnail entry.

4- Edit entry as you like and publish.

Errors:

If nothing happens, it will be an error. The error is showed in the entry when you push the 'Preview' button. Use it to see the error if nothing happens after publish the entry. If nothing happens after a preview at all, it will be a bug. Please, report it adding the URL you used and the plugin version.
