Usually 500 Internal Server Error is connected with wrong Apache configuration
(missing module that is mentioned in htaccess or something like this).
Check your error.log right after the error occurs for details.

The script tries to get more memory than is limited by the ‘memory_limit’ parameter.
Hey,
I asked to my hosting more informations about Apache and the hosting send me this : [Tue Dec 18 14:24:04.100014 2018] [core:error] [pid 4140486:tid 47313108100864] [client 80.12.38.163:64919] AH00124: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use ‘LimitInternalRecursion’ to increase the limit if necessary. Use ‘LogLevel debug’ to get a backtrace.
I already up the memory_limit to 256M. I will try with 364M.
Have you any information to mention in htaccess ?
Thanks in advance
Hey,
It’s the same with 364M. I tried to reinstall the plugin but nothing.
Have you a configuration specific for htaccess ?
Thanks in advance

no
Hey,
So you don’t have any tips for help me ?
Thanks in advance
Probably, the reason is the www.dev.test.babylonradio.com
domain name.
Will you be able to change it to something with less “subdomains”?
dev.babylonradio.com for example?
Let us know.
Thanks!
