ABOUT THE ROLE: 

We are looking for a Business Recruiter who will work on the highest priority searches across the organization and help us iterate on recruiting processes that are scalable & efficient. In this role, you’ll partner with leadership as they build their teams and identify uniquely talented individuals who will drive growth across our business lines. You will design and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage best-in-class talent through multiple channels (social and professional networks, tech, start-up and entrepreneurial communities, etc.). Throughout the entire process, you will provide an unparalleled experience, while serving as a subject matter expert to candidates and internal partners alike.
 
What you'll do
  • Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for positions including developing job descriptions, sourcing prospective candidates, screening & interviewing candidates and extending offers
  • Source & engage active and passive candidates from a variety of channels and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, research, etc. 
  • Ensure the best candidate experience throughout Angi's interview processes
  • Use social media and company branding to attract the right candidates and build ongoing relationships
  • Create engaging messaging for drip campaigns across roles that will attract top talent
  • Ensure each message we send out is personalized to the candidate’s experience and in line with the our Angi Talent Brand
  • Identify ways to provide and message our competitive advantage within our industry
  • Iterate! We're a collaborative team, so if you see something that could be better, we want to know
Who you are
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university. Focus in recruiting and demonstrated interest in technology strongly preferred
  • 2-5 years of recruiting/sourcing experience within a tech company or start up environment
  • Ability to understand business objectives and culture and translate these to hiring requirements 
  • Must be flexible with the ability to adjust a search as business requirements change 
  • You’re exceptionally detail-oriented and organized; you have the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize, and excellent organizational skills
