Hello @hisokachris93,
To remove the Facebook connection completely from your site, kindly go to yoursitename.com/wp-admin/options.php
first. Once you are there kindly clear all the fields related to Facebook. You can use the browser’s search functionality to quickly locate the fields.

Now, go back to WP-Admin > Marketing > Facebook and try to connect your site again.
Thanks!
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
Hi there – I had exactly the same issue, followed the steps and deleted all values related to Facebook and WooCommerce. Now when I’m trying to connect it again I get this error message within Facebook:
Something went wrong.
This may be because of a technical error that we’re working to fix. Please try reloading this page.
I’ve already deleted the plugin, reinstalled, deleted all values again. I’ve also deleted the integration natively in Facebook, connected my other site again, then tried to manually give access from Facebook to the secondary page but nothing works. I don’t have this issue with the Facebook for WordPress app – I was able to install this again without any issues.
When I check the Facebook Business Managers for the two businesses, the one that works as expected shows the System User as WooCommerce Integration System User but doesn’t show the WordPress App system users despite both apps being installed. On the site that doesn’t work it only shows the WordPress App system user but not the WooCommerce one.
