We went with this company and we are glad we did. The project manager Steven communicated with us fully every step of the way. If we had my concerns they were corrected to our satisfaction. The price was very reasonable and we only had to put down a small amount. We didn’t pay until the job was done and we were completely satisfied. I definitely recommend going with this company however I suggest anyone that goes with this company make sure to monitor the details of the work.

Top Leader did a phenomenal job with my apartment renovation. I had purchased a fixer upper that needed complete new bathroom and kitchen in addition to small fixes overall. Ron didn't just do a great job making the place look beautiful, he was very fair with his rates and completed the project on time (these are some of the pain points with other contractors I have worked with). Hi-Tech Builders did a great job on my remodel. The project manager came over and looked at the house. She gave me a quote that included everything. Then I had a contract and a payment plan throughout the project. They were very responsive to my questions and requests. I love the results.

Allen is a busy guy and because he is so multi-talented it is obvious why. He does very good work. He's not always able to call back in a timely manner but he does return calls and when you set up the appointment he is 100% reliable to come out and do the work he said he would do, when he said he'd do it. Excellent handyman and very affordable.
