"friendly timely encountered problem with installation they overbooked us on installation day so unit was available when they said they would have the unit, they did install the unit that day finished job at 10:30 p.m. paid for us to be in hotel and paid for pet to be boarded. that is the only reason i did not give 5 stars is because work was not completed as scheduled"
