Integrity Roofing & SidingWe could not have found a better company. Work was done in February 2019. Workers were prompt and courteous. They cleaned things up at the end of each day. They came early and stayed as late as necessary to finish whatever they were working on and pickup as needed. Sometimes there were 10-15 or more people working. We do not have one single complaint. Top quality products were used. We got the upgraded roof. It took them about a week to get everything done. They even painted our new garage door. Price was competitive with the other estimate we got from a contractor with mediocre reviews. We would definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends and family. Down to Earth Landscaping and Lawn CareOutstanding job by Jim and his crew at Down to Earth Landscaping. The project included a small flagstone patio with two steps, landscaping around the foundation to remedy erosion and improve drainage, and a wooden fence repair. On the initial visit, Jim listened patiently and answered our questions about different options. He and his crew were punctual, courteous, hard-working and consistently cleaned-up. None gave me a lower estimate than Rooftop Roofing and Remodeling. I was able to work directly with the owner to finalize the plans, payment, and any additional concerns for my project. In addition, their sales team to include administrative assistants in the office were great to work with when detailing the scope of work. Contracting crew was on time for the 2-day project, completed the work and cleaned up completely when it was done. My new patio cover is beautiful and exactly what I asked for!! Mr. Martinez and his crew were very professional in preparing the foundation such as precisely installing rebar steel for the pouring of the concrete, they paid attention in finishing touches such as edges, curves, and unexpectedly added a very needed step. They spent time on cleanup and presentation of finished work. Price was very reasonable for such excellent and detailed work. We most definite hire this company again and refer them to friends and family for their own projects.

Eric came as scheduled for the initial consulation. I explained what I wanted, and he said he would provide weekly updates-which he did. He provided a computer graphic of how the design would look, and insured I was satisfied with the result. I missed noticing the top of the pergola wasn't exactly what I wanted, but when I discused it with Eric after the pergola top was finished, we agreed on a solution that when finished, was even better than the original top I planned. The deck is extremely well constructed - even the city inspector said it was very well designed. I recommend anyone who's considering a new, or enhancement to an existing outdoor feature - to give him a chance to bid on the project. You won't be disappointed.
