Oscar de Bok, CEO, DHL Supply Chain

Mr. de Bok was appointed to the DPDHL Supply Chain Divisional Board in 2019 as CEO DHL Supply Chain and Member of the Board of Management of Deutsche Post DHL Group. Previously, he was CEO, DHL Supply Chain, Europe, Middle East and Africa, covering 25 countries.

Prior to joining the region in June 2016, he was the CEO for the DHL Supply Chain Asia-Pacific region. Previously, he worked at DHL as MD for Scandinavia and the Baltic region, leading the integration of Exel, the largest enterprise integration in the transportation and logistics industry. He has 25 years of expertise in the logistics industry and his qualifications include a master's degree in corporate law and private law.

Dietrich Franz, CFO, DHL Supply Chain

Dietrich manages all financial aspects of the Supply Chain division, including accounting, controlling, investments and compliance / risk management. Since joining DHL in 1998 he has held positions including EVP, Corporate Controlling, CFO DGF, Latin America, and SVP, IndEx Program. His qualifications include a master’s degree equivalent in economics. He believes strongly that to have a successful team you must treat others as you would wish to be treated.

Markus Voss, Global CIO, DHL Supply Chain

Markus oversees IT operations in 60 countries, involving more than 2,000 IT associates worldwide. Since joining the organization in 2003 he has held several DHL Supply Chain positions, including SVP, Global IT Strategy & Solutions, and CIO, Mainland Europe, Middle East & Africa, along with roles in Global Business Services. Before that he gained a PhD in physical chemistry and spent nearly five years as a consultant for Accenture. He is passionate about incubating and developing innovative IT customer solutions.

Rob Rosenberg, Executive VP, Human Resources, DHL Supply Chain

Rob holds the responsibility for leading the overall HR functional strategy and delivery across 60 countries, with 190,000 employees, in DPDHL’s 15 billion euro Supply Chain division. He is also responsible for the Divisional Strategy office and sits on the DPDHL Global HR Board and the Divisional Board. He has been in his post since 2001 and previously spent 15 years as VP, HR for food giant Frito-Lay.

Patrick Kelleher, CDO, DHL Supply Chain

Patrick is responsible for driving the global growth agenda of DHL Supply Chain. Joining DHL in 1992, Patrick has held various roles in Marketing, Solutions Design, Operations, Account Management and Business Development. Prior to his current role, Patrick was CEO of the Americas for the DHL division of Williams Lea Tag. Patrick holds a BA in Logistics from John Carroll University.

Javier Bilbao, CEO, Latin America, DHL Supply Chain

Javier is a member of the DHL Supply Chain Divisional Board and Global Transport Lead for DHL Supply Chain. He is responsible for more than 22,000 associates across 11 countries including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, and Mexico. Javier joined DHL in 2000, starting in the audit department and progressing through various roles in financial management and operations     before ultimately serving as President of DHL Supply Chain Brazil. His qualifications include an executive MBA and a degree in business management.

Hendrik Venter, CEO Europe, Middle East and Africa, DHL Supply Chain

Hendrik provides leadership to employees across 25 countries, using more than 20 years’ experience in logistics. He was previously CEO for Central & Eastern Europe based in Poland. Before moving to Europe in 2013, he held senior supply chain positions in South Africa. During his career he has successfully led new market entries and complex implementations, establishing sustainable and customer centric supply chains. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and an Honors Degree in Business Management.

Jose Nava, CEO, UK and Ireland, DHL Supply Chain

Jose is responsible for the DHL Supply Chain business in the UK & Ireland, providing leadership to over 40,000 employees. Joining DHL in 2001 as General Director for Mexico, he later became Mexico’s VP, Supply Chain Operations and then Chief Development Officer for DHL Supply Chain. Before that he had spent most of his career with General Electric / Mabe in roles such as procurement, mergers and acquisitions, manufacturing and country management. He holds an MBA, a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering, and an executive management diploma.

Terry Ryan, CEO Asia Pacific, DHL Supply Chain

Terry has responsibility for accelerating profitable growth, delivering world-class supply chain solutions and leading more than 41,717 employees in 15 countries in Asia Pacific, overseeing operations across multiple sectors. His 36 years of result-orientated international supply chain experience – 33 of them with DHL – cover both contract logistics and international freight management. Key achievements include launching a ‘start-up’ contract logistics enterprise in Australia.

Scott Sureddin, CEO North America, DHL Supply Chain

Scott manages all operations within the US and Canada, as well as central functional teams supporting the entire Americas region. He joined DHL in 2002, holding leadership positions including President of the Consumer and LSH business units, and SVP, Operations, before serving as the COO for the Americas. His previous experience included 14 years with US Foodservice, ultimately as VP, Operations, for the Southwest region. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Yin Zou, CEO Greater China, DHL Supply Chain

Yin oversees 4000+ employees, an expanding transport network and over 900,000 sq m in warehousing. He has been with DHL for over fourteen years during which time he has held management roles in Europe, the United States and China covering commercial, strategy, shared services and operations.  Yin has over ten years logistics experience in China, through manufacturing planning in the semiconductor industry, transportation  operations, distribution center operations and commercial development with major clients.

As a native Chinese resident, Yin Zou graduated from Beijing University with double major degrees in Chemistry, Economic, and a minor in Law. He also obtained an MBA degree from the University of Oxford.
