    Hi folks
with latest update the drop down ‘inbox’ element, even with no message now covers up the tools, and top bar menu items; took me bunch of time trying to figure out I had to click the [inbox] button top right to make it go away.

Need to either set that to push down the tools, or only launch when actual message.

Using storefront theme with only Woo licensed plugins.

    Hi there! 👋

Could you provide us with a full-screen uncropped screenshot in order to understand where the issue is located and provide you with guidance? I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL here. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge

Also, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks in advance 🙂

    Hi
in further testing it looks like the custom plugin we created, merging some old hooks with new filters for updated WooCommerce + storefront, is the culprit. Also blanks the front page of Woo with summary stuff. So, obviously ‘human error’ over here. I had stupidly deactivated all other plugins except ours, thinking all the filters work; now realize we may have an ‘old’ hook in there from the 2015 hooks/filters no longer valid. (doh).

This can be marked as resolved.

    No worries, happens 🙂

Glad to know that you could find the conflict! If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Cheers!
