libxdr is a library that implements an API-compatible cross-browser version of cross-domain XMLHttpRequest. This enables cross-domain requests that don't rely on dangerous XSS (inserting a third party's tag). It is built on top of the pmxdr (postMessage Cross-domain Requester) client library which supports HTTP access control headers for managing what websites can request what.
