Contractor Robert and our initial onsite meeting was received as kind, knowledgeable about roofing needs and specifications. And his crew were faithful to their words for time to arrive and and continued to work throughout until the job was done. He let me know when a crew member (s) needed to show up onsite. If there is any other job I can call on Cut Above for I will do so. And I will certainly spread the word to my friends and highly recommend Cut Above Roofing to them. Robert was very personable and answered ALL of my questions that were important to me... and provided pertinent info to me about their job plans. Our contact was remarkable via text and on-site. He responded to ALL my text messages which further helped to determine his company for the job. The site was cleaned upon final task and a final inspection was part of the job— absolutely the best!! Even continued to ensure I felt good about the roofing final results. Final text to further ensure I am a satisfied customer.

John Boccia was great throughout the entire process. He came out to our house and explained the process, the products they utilize and the features and benefits. He remained in contact with me before installation and right after to ensure my satisfaction. He had their teams return to my house to check up and ensure nails were removed from the yard and driveway and is even coming back to talk about window replacement for the future!

They where aggressive and followed through with negations on our behalf with the insurance agency. Their work was fast, accurate, and looks fantastic when everything was finish. They also did a great job cleaning up the mess left behind and I have not had a nail mess up a tire yet.
