First, let me just say Kyle was very professional and a great communicator when it came to questions we had about the roofing material. Never hard to reach him and when our roofs were complete Kyle drove back to our home to make sure everything was done and even checked for nails around the property. To say the crew was professional and fast would be an understatement. We not only had one roof to do but 4 and they were able to tear off and install new shingles and gutters in one day. We were shocked that they worked so quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for a great roofing company please call this company. They will not disappoint.

Great experience with Schwalb Builders We had them enclose an existing screened in porch to make it a permitted all season room with an HVAC system. The team that worked on the job was very courteous and worked hard to get the job completed. As with any sizeable project there were unanticipated items that popped up, which the owner Sean was willing to explain in detail along with recommend potential options for resolution and benefits of each. Communication with Sean was very good throughout the process and he kept us apprised of status. The work was high quality and we have gotten many compliments from guests since it was finished a couple of months ago. Not to mention that we ourselves love the new space! We anticipate using Schwalb’s in the future for other home contracting needs.

John Bates responded as soon as I went looking for a roofing company. We did not know what bad shape our roof was in. We could not have asked for anyone better than John and his roofing crew. They worked in the cold of December to make sure we were well taken care of. They worked with our insurance company to insure we got the best shingles and other materials and that everything was installed to perfection.
