  • UPS Service Guarantee Suspended

    Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee (referred to as the UPS Money Back Guarantee) for all shipments from any origin to any destination.

  • Government of Chile increases the maximum value of shipments for clearance through courier companies

    On March 12, 2019, general rule CVE 1558482 established that import and export shipments of up to a maximum value of US$3,000 FOB can be cleared without the need of a broker agent. Small and medium-sized companies doing business with international markets can now ship more merchandise (or merchandise of a greater value) without incurring additional expenses.
