Peak Surcharge Update
Updated Peak Surcharge information is now available, including new Peak Surcharge rates for imports from origins in Asia that will take effect from 17 October 2021 until further notice.

UPS improves transit times from Europe to Japan
Thanks to a new UPS Airlines flight from our Asia-Pacific air hub in Shenzhen, China to Osaka, Japan, UPS Express services from Europe to areas of Japan are up to one day faster, with deliveries as early as 12pm for businesses in selected cities in West and Central Japan.

Watch out for fraudulent communication
Please be aware of suspicious SMS or e-mails claiming to be from UPS asking for additional payment or inviting the addressee to click on a link to track a package. If the messaging, brand, logo, link or any other element appear deceitful, do not share any sensitive information like credit card details. Contact UPS in case of doubt.
