We use monday.com everyday in our organization to help us plan projects, maintain deadlines as well as making sure that we are following up with our costumers. Monday.com has addressed a lot of problems for us. We have noticed a dramatic change in actually knowing if someone has seen a project, and or are currently working on the project. Instead of me sending an email, or having to make a phone call to fill someone in on a project, I can just tag them, they get a notification and an email, and I can see when they have gotten a look at the project, as well as started working on it. It has also made organazing so much easier with the automations. At first we were only planning to use monday to get a more clear and organized picture of what projects we were working on, as well as a better workflow within the projects. However, the more we used it, the more use cases we found for it. Now we are pretty dependand on monday.com for our everyday tasks going smoothly and efficiently.
  • Planning.
  • Organizing.
  • Automations.
  • Notifications.
  • Sharing.
  • Ease of use.
  • The ability to use different kinds of maps within monday.com, or easily add a specific geolocation with coordinates.
Great for planning projects. Great for easily sharing and working together on a project. Great for keeping up with the status of projects. Great for organizing different boards and different kinds of tasks. Great for having one place to visit to get up to speed on how everything in the organization is flowing. I would say it is less ideal to keep a list of customers in monday.com. Especially if you have over 1000 customers. The search functionality is great, but it just doesn't feel right. Feels like it was not made for that purpose, and that's fine. We never used it to store customers, nor do we plan to.
The overall usability of monday.com is absolutely amazing. I remember being a little shocked the first time I realized how powerful it was. It looks so simple and clean. When I started to mess around with the automations and templates, I realized a lot of the functionality is actually up to my imagination. We have ended up using it for a lot more than we initially anticipated. At the beginning it was just going to be a simple tool where we can share and work together on project easily. Now it has evolved in to a massive part of our everyday business. It is hard to explain how helpful it can be, you actually have to see it yourself, in your own company, to see how much of an asset it can be.
I cannot answer this question fully, where we have not needed assistance from the monday.com staff. This just goes to show how easy it is to understand and use. However, what I can say is that whenever there is an update, or they are performing maintenance (downtime is extremely rare) they have been exceptional at distributing the information needed, as well as contact information. They also do not contact you if they do not need to. Which I am a big fan of.

Monday.com is the only platform that really helped my company manage every single task efficiently, quickly and without losing any goal. I use it to manage my team's day to day tasks, with a higher level Gantt, easily understanding and making sure that all tasks are being pushed and no time waste is being done. This is the top project and day to day management platform that I worked with.
  • Quickly changing between different project views
  • Managing employees day to day work
  • Combining all team work to one platform, allowing seamless collaboration
  • Missing automations between different boards
  • No option to add a specific completion percentage of a task that can take more than an average of all tasks in that project
  • My work screen doesn't show specific tags that would be good to have the option to add
If you are working on many different projects and need an easy to use way to manage everything without missing any task or want to make sure you don't overload your employees with too much work that can be done, Monday.com will be the top platform for you. It helped me taking charge of my entire team and tasks and improve my companies productivity.
Monday.com has a huge verity of automation templates for every single use of my platform. More than that, if there isnt an automation, I can build it on my own with an easy to use "build it on your own" system. This is a huge help for any business who needs quick access to the Monday.com platform.
I always got a quick support. Answering my questions

Monday is an excellent tool for staying organized, team collaboration, and communications. I use Monday for team communication and collaboration, it is a great tool to keep everyone on the same page and updated about project advances. Automations are a great way to notify everyone, for example, when a task is complete, it can be programmed to send a message to let everybody know about it.
  • Kanban boards works like a charm.
  • Automations are very useful for sending messages.
  • Notifications keep everyone in the loop.
  • Different project views are very useful to track activities.
  • Creating teams can be a little tricky.
  • The App sometimes is a little computer resource demanding.
  • Menus are not as intuitive as I would like.
Monday works perfectly for managing project work. It is a very helpful tool to communicate and track project goals. It provides a roadmap for project development and I like that it is very visual. Multiple views provide different angles to look at your projects. I have not found a scenario where Monday is not appropriate.
I use Monday very often and I like very much how you can create tasks, assign them and follow project progress using canvas boards, Gantt diagrams, or timelines. I have a hard time adding people to specific projects because first, you have to add them to a workspace and then to the project. I understand that this could be due to security issues, but I would appreciate an easier way to add users to my projects.
Each time I needed support the response has been really fast and friendly. I have only contacted Monday by email and It has worked perfect for me. To be honest I never had a major issue with Monday, only small details or questions about my plan that they solved straight away.

Monday.com is being used by my department in order to track our progress of our month and quarter end schedules. It allows us to collaborate together and send messages when we are hung up on a step. MY staff are able to send messages to each other and when they check off a task it alerts the next person who needs that step completed before they are able to move on to their task.
  • Informs users when tasks are completed
  • Ease of use
  • Multiple people can edit the list at any time
  • Not much outside of tracking a checklist
  • Limited number of people who can have access to your board (unless you upgrade)
  • Doesn't track the time spent on each task (unless you upgrade)
I enjoy the ease of use of the system from logging in to inputting your information. The ability to be able to tag an employee if they are waiting on a task to be completed is a nice function. Previously we were tracking this in excel and only one person could be in the checklist at a time without causing errors. With Monday.com, multiple users can be in the checklist at any given time with no issues.
Monday.com is super easy to use and not a huge cost to use. The ability to use the app and see the same information that is found on the website in the app is amazing. I am able to log into the app anywhere in the world and see where my staff are at on the month end close. We are able to ask for help or ping the next person to let them know when your task is expected to be done. Very helpful in collaboration amongst team members.

Monday.com is used as an organizational platform by our company. I use the website to keep track of campaigns, from the staffing phase all the way to the execution phase. Everyone in the company is required to have a good understanding of it. The other roles in the company also use Monday.com for a variety of purposes.
  • Displaying and organizing campaigns
  • Monday.com has great versatility in terms of what it can be utilized for
  • Our requests from/to teammates are also stored on monday.com and are easy to follow
  • The platform gets slow when there is a lot for it to display
  • The search results usually take a while to load
  • Too many email notifications
I usually recommend Monday.com to colleagues as an organizational tool. I cite how it is great for organizing campaigns, and how it is rather easy to learn and interact. The company I worked at previously recently added monday.com as a tool as well and they have been very satisfied so far.
I think the overall usability is pretty good. It is an easy platform to figure out, it's very interactive, and can be molded to fulfill almost any purpose you may need it to fulfill. However, there are times when Monday.com gets too slow to be as functional as desired, especially when there is a lot of pulses on the screen.
I can't speak to this from personal experience, but I have seen secondhand how Monday.com's customer service is not always as immediate as advertised. Last quarter, we needed to get in contact with the customer service team, and I remember my boss complaining about how the process was not as simple as she had hoped.

My marketing and design team uses monday.com to organize our projects and assign tasks to certain team members. The platform helps organize a large number of tasks and group them into broad "buckets", as well as label the subcategories. The due date labels also are very helpful in staying on track and knowing what to prioritize. I personally open monday.com every single day and rely on the "My Work" section as my own personal To-Do List. It organizes every task assigned to me by the date it is due, so I can open it every day and see what needs to get done that day. It is incredibly helpful for me to stay on task and make sure I remember everything!
  • Organizing and categorizing workload
  • Prioritizing projects by due date
  • Personal To-Do List
  • Measuring workload of each team member
  • I wish "My Work" could let you click + drag individual tasks to move them in different orders within each Day's tasks.
  • Time-tracking could be better. We ended up using another software for our time tracking bc it was easier to see how much time was spent working on each category per day/week.
  • It would be nice if you could choose which column headers were included in "My Work". Not terribly necessary, but a nice-to-have.
Overall, I love monday.com and would recommend it to any team needing to organize their tasks and have a cohesive to-do list to stay on track with projects. I love it as my own personal to-do list, but it also goes beyond that to help our entire team divvy up tasks and know who is assigned to what.
It is pretty straightforward - although I will say I don't think I have used it to its fullest extent or seen all of its features. But for my team's purposes (project tracking and personal to-do lists), it is very helpful. The only thing that could be more practical is the actual time-tracking on individual tasks.
I have not personally interacted with the monday.com customer support team. I do know that my boss reached out to them to get our team set up and they seemed to be very helpful and responsive in this process and helped to get our team up and running quickly.

We are currently using monday.com for multiple business needs across the whole organization. Primarily it is being used for product development and sprint planning related to the build out of our mobile app and website products. We also use monday.com as a CRM to support our sales team in order to track leads, communication history etc... Using monday.com helps us centralized all of our core business operations so everyone has visibility into priorities and progress.
  • Provides a comprehensive and helpful range of detailed and ready to use templates.
  • Delivering a tool that is highly customizeable allowing you to tailor everything to your specific needs.
  • Making product updates and enhancements and providing ongoing learning opportunities on how best to use their platform.
  • Based on my use cases and the variety of features we are using, I have yet to find something that has been problematic, frustrating or that monday.com has not already addressed. The capabilities and functionality are in many cases way beyond what we need right now but that's not a bad thing!
I am charged with overseeing product development, marketing and sales initiatives. I needed a Swiss Army knife to help keep everything organized and to help us prioritize and ensure clear focus on the right things. monday.com is the Swiss Army knife of productivity platforms. It can be whatever you need it to be. And if you're not sure, just browser through the templates and you can instantly visually a more organized and productive way of doing a broad range of things critical for your business. We use it every day and would be lost without the level of organization it brings to our company. Specifically, we do sprint planning in monday.com for product development and to track product bugs and client requests. We use it for Sales to help track leads and build/track relationships. For marketing we are building out tracking for things like social media intiatives and DMA board. Even simple features like building documents for notes and records is proving to be very valuable across the board. I think monday.com is particularly appropriate for small to medium size companies that need a central productivity tool that can support a huge range of business needs.
monday.com is a 10 on the intuitive and user-friendly scale without question. For a new user, the platform delivers so many pre-set templates that you start using immediately. You may never have to develop or customize any of the templates, but if you need to, it is incredibly easy to do. monday.com provides tons of learning and tutorial resources, webinars etc... that you can tap as a new or advanced user, helping you get as much out of the platform as possible. You can make monday.com as simple or complex as you need to. I start and end my workday in our monday.com boards and would be lost without this platform helping us stay organized and focused.
My need to engage with monday.com's customer service team has been very minimal. When I have submitted questions, the team has been extremely responsive and provided direct answers or pointed me towards specific resources that would help solve my problem or show me how to do something. monday.com provides great resources and learning tools so you never feel like you're lost without a way to figure something out.

monday.com was implemented in the company almost a year ago and I don't how we were able to make it without this amazing tool before that. We use it across the entire company, from our workforce in the front line to managers and executives to help ourselves and our clients to keep a clean, organized, transparent, and easy to access record of tasks and projects. monday.com is an incredible platform that allows a wide range of tracking methods, based on your personal and organization's needs. It's incredibly versatile and is my preferred accountability partner now to help me make sure things from my day-to-day are getting done.
  • Record tracking, by keeping a log of things, I and others, do on a daily basis
  • Visibility of tasks' progress; It allows me and others see the progress made and the stage where I am at of a particular project or task
  • Versatility; It allows me to record information using my own mind map and perspective
  • Accountability; It helps me be efficient and meet dead lines
  • Permission level. Sometimes it's a bit saddening not to be able to use all features available due to lack of permissions
  • I'd like to have a live support chat
I'd definitely recommend monday.com to a colleague or friend. monday.com has helped me greatly because it adapts to my needs. I regularly find myself with more tasks on a regular day than what I'm actually able to do, and before monday.com, things used to pile up and get buried. Now, I have an easy-to-use method that allows me to stay on top of everything.
monday.com interface is user-friendly and easy to use. Although I particularly don't use some of the features, like templates, it does allow me to create my own workflow and pipeline where I can move my projects forward and report easily. I also like how it made this task easier for me to better understand my employees' projects and tasks and help them whenever they face a roadblock. Integrations like email and time tracking is definitely a plus for this app which I'm loving.
In almost one year of using monday.com I have only been in need to contact customer support once. A couple of pointers here: 1) I am a regular app user, and it was a bit difficult for me to navigate through the options to finally find the way to contact the support team. 2) It did not seem like there is an easy way to contact support. You really have to do some digging in order to finally be able to get to contact them. 3) The response to my query was a bit generic and it felt templated. I did not find it particularly useful.

We use this as a project management tool for our outdoor kitchen construction projects. We also use it for coordinating and managing deliveries and service calls. Our company has also recently begun using it for marketing purposes/management. The ability to get up-to-date information in real-time to all of our employees out in the field is crucial. It allows everyone to be on the same page and know what is going on day-to-day, across different departments. Now that we've been using this program, I'm not sure how we were managing these things without it.
  • Fast, thorough IT support
  • Real-time information updates
  • Explanation of new features and making sure users understand them
  • Integration with Outlook Calendar, the way it now integrates with Google Calendar
  • Different types of files supported. It would be helpful to attach .msg files.
[monday.com is] well suited for coordinating, scheduling, and managing products. We do not use it for direct communication, although it could be.
I am not IT inclined, in any way, but I was able to easily set everything up for our business. Then, I am able to make adjustments as things are suggested/needed. When it came time to add our marketing team to the program, it was very easy for them to build the things they needed. Between the how-to videos and webinars, any grey areas are quickly cleared up.
Both times I have encountered a "glitch" they have responded immediately and resolved the problem within a couple of hours.

We are using Monday.com for managing our projects, capturing digital transformation opportunities, and management of our IT Risk Register.
  • User friendly way to keep track of progress.
  • Flexibility to show tasks and projects through dashboards and views.
  • Integration with other tools like Microsoft Teams.
  • Variety of templates to accelerate and kick off tasks and project management.
  • Better reporting to show who is and is not using the tool.
  • Ability to create a consolidated dashboard for all my work spaces.
  • Automated weekly reports with highlights: delayed tasks, projects with most "working on it", etc.
Monday.com is a great tool to develop and improve solid project management skills within your team. Its integration features make it easier to incorporate into your current IT environment, which fosters adoption. Additionally, its flexibility allows you to customize the level of detail you want to capture for each task and project, depending on the associated context.
The availability of templates enables any organization using monday.com to accelerate the adoption of the tool. This means teams are able to organize tasks and manage progress quicker and easier. Also, templates are usually based on best practices. Therefore, teams also improve their project management skills when they use the tool.
For us, the tool was really easy to implement, plus it is very stable. The only thing we needed help with was the SSO and integration with Microsoft Teams. The support team was really efficient in responding to our questions and with their guidance, we were able to set up everything very smoothly.

I use it to help me keep my project & tasks in order. Its only me in the department at the moment so it makes sure I am keeping up with deadlines in the marketing side of the business. I have tasks that are urgent, some that are continuous and I have a nice long list of completed tasks in the "done" folder. It keeps everything in place, easy to read & easy to plan each day.
  • Organization
  • Gives employees ownership of certain tasks while overviewing them
  • Has a clear layout on how well you're doing with certain tasks
  • Pricing - maybe a bundle price for example, 3 seats for £x
  • Intregate with more email softwares for example, we use ActiveCampaign
It is perfect for marketing because it shows me exactly what I need to do and when. I can give myself a clear indication of what needs achieving each day plus my boss can see exactly where I am with my work. The ways you can select "I'm working on it" or "stuck" etc helps him see my work load. Sometimes it can be hard to show exactly what tasks I've got to achieve but by using this it's easy to see and I can prioritize my day around it.
I've only used a few of the templates but the ones I have used and found to work for me have been brilliant, easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to understand. There is one that I use mostly but if I want to change it up and add more, I know it won't be hard to do so.
I've not had a huge amount of engagement with their customer support, but what I have received has been helpful, efficient, and gives me a feeling that I know I can go back and ask if I have further queries.

Monday.com is a necessary tool at our company because all the team members use it to collaborate, by integrating with all the other software that we use we are able to stay organized and manage everything from the monday.com dashboard, we also use it to communicate with each other to better collaborate on tasks.
  • Easy integration with a ton of other software to populate what matters in one dashboard.
  • Automations to save time on repetitive work.
  • Some email notifications are unnecessary, if they can send only important updates that would be great.
  • I would love to see them implement the possibility to add subtasks under a task.
Monday.com is super easy to use and it's the perfect project management software for small and medium teams like us, its ability to integrate with other tools makes it customizable to each company's needs because the possibilities are endless! For example, we have an automation that populates leads from our Facebook ads campaigns and adds them to the sales pipeline for our sales team to reach out to.
The monday.com integrations are a must-have for our workflow because they allow us to gather data from other platforms and use it for automation inside monday.com which allows us to be more productive and it's also great for security reasons because by populating the necessary data from Gmail and Facebook ads, for example, we don't have to share credentials with the employees who need to look at incoming leads.
Monday.com support team is really kind and helpful, whenever we reach out to them with questions or issues we're facing they go above and beyond to make sure we're happy and they fix any issues we have in the fastest time possible.

We use monday.com to organize our projects, workstreams, tasks, and resources to deliver the results we're looking for. We also have teams using it to intake work requests, but I am not familiar with the details of that process other than that it is a capability the product has and that team is very happy with it.
  • Burn down indicator on project & task due dates.
  • Adjusting column/field sizes for various items instead of one uniform/automatic size.
  • Switching from board to timeline views is better than experiences with other tools.
  • No suggestions from me.
Monday.com is in a very saturated field. Overall I rank it above Asana for ease of use, communicating with stakeholders, and organizing resources. The biggest issue I see with it is that it isn't massively differentiated and that it still won't solve most of the issues people tend to buy these things for. If you have a crappy process for staffing and organizing projects, monday.com isn't a magic bullet to solve that. If you have a decent process and need tech that helps augment that process, it will be great.
Its branding as easy to use is very accurate. Compared to something like Smartsheet, I don't feel like I'm missing functionality, but it is much easier to use. I'm sure it is missing functionality, but nothing I or most other people I know actually use, and what we did use in Smartsheet, monday.com is much easier to access the same functionality. Beyond that, I am able to use a lot of functionality that was simply too difficult to do in Smartsheet, so that is great!

I use Monday to manage my clients' work in the areas of digital marketing and web design. This can include limited-time projects (design of a new website), or on-going activities (social media management). Both my team and the clients' teams use the Monday boards we set. We typically set anywhere between 5 and 10 boards per project—some standards, some customized. We use the default, timeline, and kanban views, depending on needs, and use, among others, the 'updates' function to exchange and discuss the various items.
  • The variety of column types and of view types (table, kanban, timeline, Gantt, etc.) gives you a lot of flexibility and allows you to track and manage almost any type of project or activity.
  • Grouping by workspace means you can easily manage multiple programs or clients and go from one to the other easily.
  • The dashboard functionality is a nice plus to get a quick overview.
  • Visually pleasing.
  • The timeline view is a bit basic. It May not be appropriate for people managing complex projects with many tasks and many dependencies for who the timeline view is critical.
  • The first level price plan is limited and more of a 'teaser' in my view. Go to standard or pro to access a wealth of functionalities.
Here is a range of applications I use Monday for:
  • Collaborative tasks management for web design projects.
  • Team management of issues for IT or design projects (website, for example).
  • Voting between scenarios (using the vote column).
  • Tracking time for the purpose of invoicing clients.
Once you have understood how it works, I find Monday very easy to use and very intuitive. I would give it a 10, but I reduce it to 9 because it does take a bit of time initially to navigate your way around it. It works on desktop and mobile and interfaces easily with related tools like Google Calendar, Slack, etc.
I have asked between 5 and 10 specific questions related to functionalities and found that I received quickly, via email, relevant responses. There is also a relatively rich set of tutorials and articles you can browse.

We were using monday.com to use as a management software to make a plan to check projects, usually company is a QoS of several agencies of coding. We were looking forward to a project management software to aid our work, just to make it more organized, we found monday.com due to an Internet adv. We were using monday.com because it was single, and very organized. We can make a team inside the environment, giving a user for our colleagues, to break the work in a sustainable way. For small projects it is a powerful tool, we organize tasks according to each project.
  • Organizing task into projects.
  • Establish flags for each task as a critical or minority low task.
  • APP for smart phones make it easier way to organize your work.
  • The good: its very easy to use, nothing complicated, you can sign in and start to use, has some kind of training in the begining top show you how to use it, and its very easy.
  • The Bad: maybe for huge projects could be hard, it depends on the experience of the Scrum Master or the PM to handle it.
  • The beauty: the environment is very nice when you start to use it, with colors and tags, it's like when you put some post-its on your physical chart.
We start to use monday.com to organize story users for some projects, was very easy to organize the project with this app, we delegate the tasks to 4 members of our staff, and each one has to complete each part of the task delegated to them. We are a small agency, so we will use it for another project, but will be a small project, I hope it would be easy to use as the latest one.
Because for our needs it's very easy to use, but for this, you have to be an Agile Enterprise. I think it will not work for another kind of enterprise, we are a small agency that implies the Quality Assurance of the projects, and sometimes we take part in the start of the projects, only, so we use this to delegate tasks to our members to accomplish our work, for other agencies. So for this, we have the right tool, maybe we will test another tool in the future, but now this tool works for us.
We don't use customer support for now, we didn't discover any kind of issues in the app, but we think if we have one, they will response very fast to give us a solution. The reason why i give this rate its because we think they will respond very fast.

The Black Sheep uses monday.com as a project management tool. We use it to manage our campaign requests from their inbound all the way through their completion. We've built our boards to work linearly so they move from group to group and are easy to comprehend. The problems we face are that our day-to-day responsibilities require a ton of small updates and communication. The commenting system works great because we can keep all of our comments organized within each item that refers to each specific campaign we're working on. Seeing as we have so many requests from clients coming in so frequently, having boards to organize each campaign by client, company, service, manager, and a variety of other variables allows us to stay incredibly organized. The archiving system is also especially useful so we can save space. monday.com functions similar to most social media platforms so it's relatively user-friendly, especially for our young group of employees, many of them interns. We utilize monday.com primarily for to-dos and requests. This is especially helpful because everyone knows exactly where to look to find if they're assigned to a request or a project. It also allows us to give context regarding that project and organize those projects by their assigned due dates.
  • Assigning items/notifications.
  • Linear functioning.
  • User-friendly.
  • It's not cohesive. There are times we wish we could integrate certain automation but it's not possible.
  • It doesn't have as much space for the amount of data we need.
  • It has an inbox and notifications, only one of them is really necessary. It just provides unnecessary notifications.
monday.com is best suited for simple project management people. It's great at organizing and assigning simple tools. It's also a good place to store communication between coworkers. If you need a complex system where you'd like to create and implement certain automation and other features, monday.com is not the best tool. monday.com is very user-friendly if you can get it to do what you want.
monday.com is great for simple innovations for simple systems. When your systems become more complex, monday becomes difficult to use. Especially if you're relying on monday.com as your only project management tool. If you invest heavily in it but very much require additional features that monday.com doesn't offer or can't produce for you, you're severely limited in what you can accomplish. That will require you to consistently find workarounds for what you need to accomplish, creating extra work and tedious tasks for everyone involved.
I've never required monday.com support, but many of my colleagues have. I've heard that monday's team is quick to respond and is very helpful. the only issue is that sometimes, the solution someone may need might not be possible. I gave monday a 7 rating because they are great at what they can control, and not so good at what they cannot control.

[monday.com] gives us a communication platform to check the status of various projects that our different departments are working on. We also use it to convey upcoming information to the relevant departments, such as new product releases, sales, promotions, or purchases. We also use [monday.com] for managing day-to-day tasks such as making To-Do lists for each department head [letting] all other department heads know what each department is working on and how busy they currently are. We use it on a daily basis and find it very helpful in a lot of different ways.
  • Organizing information
  • Communication with staff
  • Making information readily available to all departments
  • Messaging system within Monday outside of notifications/notes
  • A calendar showing appointments, meetings, etc
  • More project board examples/templates could make it easier to make a personal board
If your company struggles with sharing information, [monday.com] is the best tool to fix that problem. It makes it super easy to share information with whoever you decide to, and it lets everyone know what each department is working on [or] responsible for. It helps to hold staff accountable when deadlines aren't met, or when expectations are exceeded. You can use [money.com] however you want, which is super useful. The flexibility of the platform allows you to use it however you see fit.
It's very easy to use and get used to. It takes basically zero time to put together a board and it saves so much time and effort when it comes to communicating details to staff members. In addition to the organization that [monday.com] provides, it makes project management so much easier as well. Knowing that you can create a task and assign staff to the task (and even set a deadline) makes things run so much smoother and more efficient. [monday.com] has saved us a lot of money in that regard.
I would give [support a rating of ten} because we have never had to use it. I'm sure the [support] team is fantastic, but not having to use it shows how easy [monday.com] truly is. It does exactly what it's supposed to do at all times, and it is so easy to use that you'll never use the [support] team - that's a huge reason why we use monday.com!

I used Monday.com as part of a team that was working on client's project. The reason it was chosen was because we were tackling a complex e-learning project and we needed a visual guide to help us all stay on track. Using Monday.com we were able to bring different people together with their distinct roles to be able to complete the project. Monday.com served as a color coded visual whiteboard that everyone could use to know when a key task was held up or being worked on. It was not used as a task manager but it helped multiple people keep track of their roles in the complex project. <br>
  • Monday.com works well as a Visual management aid. You can also think of it as a digital whiteboard with color codes. These can help team members to be able to analyze tasks that they may need to work on and build a good workflow. It is also good for collaborating say across departments, maybe IT, marketing and admin.
  • Monday.com also works well for smaller user groups that have other task manager tools at their disposal. In our case, we would start the day with a group meeting looking at Monday.com and then we would individually find our main tasks and add our own sub-tasks in our personal task managers to keep track of the broader project.
  • It is a great customizable project management tool. With a few tricks, you can adapt it to Kaban, Gannt chart and other major project management styles depending on what you fancy. Also project updates are in real time, so when a task is moved, everyone gets notified
  • The pricing may seem high for a smaller team. When compared to other similar project management tools, Monday.com may seem a bit more expensive and not as feature rich.
  • Speed and Notifications. As mentioned previously, I found that Monday.com is ideal for smaller teams involved in a project. If you have a lot of people involved and tasks involved, you can get overwhelmed by notifications and a larger board also means that you can spend a significant amount of time waiting for boards to load.
  • The steep learning curve. Monday.com looks easy to use at first glance but there are a lot of features to learn and figure out and you may not have that time especially if working on time sensitive projects.

As a group project management tool, I would not hesitate to Monday.com to anyone looking for a visual way to collaborate without investing in additional hardware.

It is also ideal for teams that work across departments and need a way to keep track of their roles in a broader project scope. While it can work for individual department teams, it feels like it was built strongly for multi-department collaboration.

Monday.com in my experience is ideal for teams of 10-25 people. Anything more than that and it can feel a bit too much especially price wise. Monday.com feels a tad-bit on the higher side and you would need to really use the color coded themes to justify making the jump for a larger team.

Once you get a hang of it, Monday.com is intuitive and actually fun to use (which is not easy to say of project management tools). It can be adapted to different management styles and I think it is a good tool for educational and collaboration purposes. The learning curve for advanced features may be steep but for basic everyday use cases, it is almost on par with other solutions on the market.

I never needed to contact Customer Support but we were able to avoid most issues I have read others have because we had someone who had used Monday.com extensively as a guide. I would say that in this regard Customer Support was ideal, but again since I never personally interacted or needed Customer Support it is hard to give a fair rating.

At my organization, we use Monday as our primary project management tool. Because we are a small org without someone serving in a dedicated project management role, Monday has been a vital part of our workflow. In particular, in my department, Monday is used as the central hub for every creative project, our content calendar, and to track metrics for content performance. Monday is also utilized by our systems team for support tickets.
  • Monday is very flexible in display options for each board, which allows for a lot of customizability to the needs of specific kinds of tasks. Switching between spreadsheet and calendar views has been very helpful for tracking content deadlines.
  • Monday offers notification customizability that allows you to determine what is worth being notified for.
  • Monday's test lab allows for beta testing different functions. Having that transparency into what the company is considering implementing is helpful, and it allows me to feel like I have a vote on what direction they should go in.
  • Customizability is king on Monday, which includes even the visual design. I love the option of dark mode.
  • The menus do not feel as intuitive and helpful as they could be.
  • I would love to see subitems broken down into more levels than just 3.
  • The inbox feature takes a lot of tweaking to really make it work.
Monday is incredibly helpful for collaboration and project management. Especially for teams where there is not an assigned project manager, Monday can serve as a central hub for communication. This is particularly helpful in project-oriented settings like marketing and creative, where at any given time there are many projects in progress at once. Monday serves as a central hub where individual projects can be seen in context with each other. With their "My Work" feature, you can easily see which projects you're assigned to. For teams of just two or three, it might be less effective. Maintaining clean Monday boards and tweaking workflows is a significant time investment, and if that burden is not able to be shared between either one dedicated person or a collaborative team, then it would become cumbersome. There has to be enough slack in the work hours to allow for time spent on management.
Overall, Monday is exceptionally customizable. This means that users have the ability to really tailor its functions to their individual needs. It does not try to force one template on all users. The options for automation are exceptional. However, there is definitely an extent to which it's so many features that it can be overwhelming for new users. Not every feature is named in a way that is intuitive for everyone to find. The initial learning curve is quite a steep one.
In the past, Monday has always provided appropriate support when our team needed it. Occasionally it has not been quite as timely as we might like, which is the only reason for a lower than perfect rating. Overall, however, the support timing and insight into problems has proved to be quite sufficient for our needs. There has never been a moment where we felt stranded with an issue.

I use monday.com to stay organized. I am able to put all of my assignments into monday.com with the due date the subject/class the assignment is for, and so much more. monday.com also has an app that I can use on my phone that sends me notifications about assignments which I love because it makes sure that I never forget an assignment. Another great thing about monday.com is that you can add teams. This means if you are at a company you can invite all the employees and assign tasks to them. This helps to see what each person is working on and how far along each person is in their task. Overall, monday.com is a great tool for collaboration and staying organized.
  • Collaboration with team members.
  • Organizing projects and assignments.
  • Easy to learn interface.
  • Nothing that I've experienced so far.
monday.com is well suited for individuals who want to organize their life. It is also great for big and small businesses that want to make employee collaboration easier and more efficient. You can even suggest new features for them to add! monday.com is a free-to-use platform for most people and for a larger company it is not very expensive.
monday.com is incredibly easy to use and if there is anything that you forgot or don't know how to use. There are many tutorials when you click the help box that shows you how to utilize all of the features monday.com has to offer. I give it a 10 because I have experienced this and even though I had stopped using monday.com for a month when I started using it again, I knew how to do everything still.
I have never used the support features on monday.com besides the already posted help information.

Onboarding of new clients and product engineering team requests and work project management. Workflows for onboarding are duplicated per client and the system allows for easy visualization of status and progress in onboarding. The incoming task board allows for easy assignment and designation to different categories and roles, producing a simpler to visualize workflow for the engineering team.
  • Task status visualization
  • Member assignment clarity
  • Easy updates
  • Team communication
  • Reactive automation
  • Sub task implementation
  • Board to board migration
Day-to-day tasks here are wonderful to be displayed and worked through, while longer-term tasks are a little less beneficial within the display, due to the sub-task implementation still being in beta. I think the system is flexible enough to work in most situations though, but if sub-tasks are a core piece of a company’s workflow, a company would need to determine if it works for them. Thankfully Monday is easy to learn, so a trial period would provide plenty of access and time to determine if it’s a fit.
Monday is an easy-to-adopt interface with very easy usability workflows. I’ve not run into a situation when presenting the interface where the tasks, status updates, or usage of the product was confusing at all to an end-user. I’ve not found many situations where I’d want features designed incredibly differently for my needs.
The few occasions that I’ve reached out to customer support any Monday have achieved fast and speedy responses with adequate results. There’s often a question in my mind as to how support will handle situations at different companies, but Monday is one that I know I can trust for a good response in a reasonable timeframe.

It's being used in our UK team's marketing and digital transformation teams.
  • Review the progress of a project or task from start to finish
  • Automations that organise the planner for you, help notify team members, keep you on track.
  • The interface is clean and colourful. I look forward to visiting the board to review my workload or collaborate on projects with others. You can use GIF's and emojis in your conversations/updates and colour code everything.
  • There are all sorts of widgets/apps within the monday.com space that you can play around with.
  • Sometimes I will add something to the board and click published, for example an email to be sent out, then I will get an email telling me as a reminder the item is due and needs to be published. I think sometimes the triggers for notifications can be a little slow to catch up on what you have already done on your board.
  • I can't think of anything else, it's been a joy to use and improved our productivity
In creative teams such as marketing, design, video, social media I think it's well suited. Even a small start up / small business / freelancers to keep track on projects. It's great for collaboration and as a tool for yourself to organise your workload.

I'm not sure if it would be suited for other roles that perhaps a more detailed tool.
I think it's fairly easy to get the hang of monday.com after playing around with it and watching the tutorials. That said, there are so many possibilities to explore you can get a little lost in setting up automations and hoping they work...
Our success manager was very helpful and through their training/advice we have super-users within the team that are confident to pass on their knowledge. It's really comforting to know if I have any issues or questions, that we have someone we can speak to.

Monday.com is being used by my department, not by everyone at Harvard University. It helped us to maintain communication and organization before COVID, but has helped even more during COVID because we're all working remotely.
  • Organization - Monday.com has really helped us [as] a department to organize ourselves and track our work.
  • Easy to use
  • Useful and easy to follow tutorials. I love that the tutorials are easy to find and follow.
  • I would like an option to create spreadsheets similar to how a spreadsheet looks on Excel. There are some spreadsheets that I would like created on monday.com, but monday.com will not adapt to what we want the spreadsheet to look like.
Monday.com works well to help keep projects organized and it's great that you can assign specific tasks to a staff member. It also helps as a way to keep track of events and tracking which tasks have yet to be completed. I think it's great that notes are allowed for each task because it helps to include a note to explain an issue you're having completing a task. I also love how I can have the system automatically assign me to tasks added to a certain board, which is helpful because I get an email and a notification that it was assigned to me. Most importantly for our team, it's really helped with our communication. We had a hard time communicating necessary things to each staff member involved in a project which obviously left staff, like myself, frustrated. Monday.com helped us to create a timeline and once we give permissions to a staff member to view or edit the board, it helped them to feel included and at times created open conversations about said task which ultimately benefited us all.

When I was managing events, I was always concerned about my colleagues not knowing where I was on a project because I was the only one managing ALL aspects of the event, so I worried that if something happened to me no one would know where I left off. Monday.com has completely solved this problem for me.
Monday.com is easy to use. Those on my team that aren't as tech-savvy have been able to use monday.com. They have been able to easily access templates or features to help them create boards useful for them in their work.
I feel like the support is good, but I haven't used monday.com support as much as I'd like to or as much as I should have. However, I will be reaching out to monday.com for support on a specific board I'd like to create, so I'll have more of a response once I've done that.

We currently use Monday.com as a sales & CRM for business and schools. This feeds into sales forecasting and invoice management. The whole customer journey is managed on Monday.com, from prospecting through to live delivery and renewal. We use automations to connect workflow between departments, receive and manage customer contact through our website and to send standard communications to our customers. We then use it to manage project delivery for our customers (linking schools to our business partners). We use dashboards and board views to manage teams. Boards are set up to track marketing and social media activity, business priorities, KPI's and team collaboration (including guest access where appropriate, as we are part of a larger group of companies so cross subsidiary collaboration is easy using Monday.com This brilliant system allows us to set up completely customisable boards for each area of the business yet feed into top level performance tracking. It makes collaboration/communication and accountability easy when working in a small team or part of a larger collaboration. For our customer approach, it has seriously reduced the amount of time spent on transactional activity (which are automated) so that our team can spend more time on the relational customer contact.
  • customisable boards that can link at higher levels
  • templates that can be found from best use cases to save set up time
  • product is developed from ongoing customer experience input.
  • a great customer support team with excellent training videos
  • e-mail integration
  • CRM - companies with multiple contacts (feels a little clunky)
  • UK server please!!!
I have never experience such excellent customer engagement, support, collaboration. The product has developed so rapidly but there is clear evidence that customer insight has been used every step of the way. It's application to any type of business makes it unique and it's also very easy to use. I love the personality of Monday.com and the reliability of the service. There are not programmers in our business yet we were able to design our boards and connections with ease. The team are constantly developing this software to integrate, enhance, delight, and free its customers up to focus on the important stuff. It's also very affordable - what's not to love????!!!
It is a very intuitive platform which I love using. It's easy for my team and external colleagues to also get on board with. To be able to customise in the way that it does allows us to tailor the boards to our needs and adjust as we grow
One of the most outstanding part of monday.com is your customer experience team. Their desire to solve our problems as quick and as completely as possible is second to none. My team have consistently had great service from your team. There is clearly a customer centric culture at Monday.com.
Also the other avenues of peer to peer support that have been established are very helpful. Facebook groups, webinars, Q & A's, all serve to collectively solve problems, develop new approaches and share best practice.

We work in a group that isn't managed by one person so monday.com is nice to keep everyone organized and on track.
It's nice to have all information from different areas all in one location.
The only time I spoke with customer service it went very well
