Legal & Premier Partner Operations team protects and supports content creators and high-profile partners, creates a secure environment for rights owners, and upholds user privacy and data rights on the platform. Analytics Program Manager, Legal & Premier Partner Operations Responsibilities
  • Apply quantitative skills to inform and influence strategy for the team, establish short and long-term goals that will advance the organization’s impact through data and analytics
  • Ensure broad adoption and alignment of the team’s initiatives through strong cross-functional collaboration and understanding of the organization’s strategic data infrastructure and analytics needs
  • Effectively plan and manage complex projects from the initial ideation phase through final execution and global roll-out
  • Design, implement, and monitor metrics to measure operational health and effectiveness of integrity efforts
  • Independently perform analysis of data and trends to drive planning and process improvements
  • Act as thought leader for data-informed initiatives, work with and mentor other technical individuals to develop and deploy internal solutions
  • Partner with Operations, Legal, Partnership, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product and other Engineering teams to identify trends and opportunities, solve problems and contribute to Facebook core code
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of program management experience
  • Experience using querying and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
  • Experience in conducting analyses, identifying insights and communicating results to inform business decisions
  • Experience influencing data, business, and engineering stakeholders through an understanding of business and ecosystem needs, and proven experience translating business objectives into actionable analyses
  • 'Systems thinker’ with experience connecting people, data, process and product
  • Capacity to thrive when faced with ambiguous problems and capable of leading complex projects with autonomy
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies such as lean and six sigma
  • Experience in consulting, strategy, analytics or technical program management experience within an operations environment
  • Experience with large data sets and distributed computing (Hive/Hadoop)
  • Experience in statistics and statistical models
  • Experience in an adversarial space such as Intellectual Property, fraud, spam, or risk
