  I really wanted to write a glowing review. I was honestly planning on it, because Albert was so nice to me. His price was reasonable, and the installation and planting was great, but service after the sale and warranty work is non-existent. The crew was very professional, and then Albert explained how my system worked and then walked me through the operation on 6/30 when the job was completed. However, he promised to come back with root stimulator early last week for my Italian cypress trees and never showed and never called. Then, the system had an issue and it was spraying water, so I had to shut it off. He promised to be here 7/16 to fix it, and again, no-call/no show. He then promised to be here on 7/18, and yet again, no-call/no show. That makes three no-call/no-shows in about a week, and my plants are suffering. Albert told me that his dad had a stroke right after the job was finished, but I fail to see where that would affect Albert's ability to text or call when he had arranged it with me. He could have sent his very competent crew, but didn't bother. Another reviewer said Albert never bothered to show up, and the response was "wrong person". I seriously doubt that, because Albert has proven to me to be completely unreliable and flaky. I am disabled, and have trouble standing or walking, yet I had to stand for 2 hours yesterday (7/18) watering plants in the broken zone after he flaked on me FOR THE THIRD TIME. I've already had 3 new plants die, and am now having to look for someone to fix the system that is still supposedly under warranty. You'd think for $3600, Albert would have at least texted to tell me he couldn't make it

  Horrible! I am not sure where these ratings are from. The job was never completed. I gave up on this company of 4 people after 7 days of excuses. It seems they break clients water lines often which delays their return. Day 1 Friday- was to remove a 3ft tree, relocate to the back and replace with a new tree. Then redo small patch of landscape. This was a 1day job. Ended up only being 1 person left alone to do it all. Started at 10 am left around 2 then William came did some mulch and asked for the money upfront. No invoice. My front yard was a mess, tree wasn't secured, landscape not done, other tree not re planted. Never returned to complete. After calling and messaging I finally got a call from Irene. Said they'd be at my house to complete. Day 3 Mon- was to be at my home 10-11 am, then 11-12, no show till 3, because they had a water line bust at a clients house. Replanted tree, pulled out current landscaping, brought 7 potted plants, 5 which are foxtail ferns and poisonous to humans and pets. Why would a landscaping company even want to plant those at homes! Needless to say. That's all they did and left with the exception of replant 4 flowers from my current landscaping to around the tree. New tree still not secure and leaning sideways! Day 7 Friday- was to be at my home 7-8am. No show. Called/ texted owner Irene. She sent me a text saying they busted a clients water line and were up till 3am. So my service was going to be later. With everything just sitting. My plants from my previous landscaping look dead and so does my new Tree. It seems they don't know what their doing and cannot keep their commitments, and do not uphold good customer service or communication. I just gave up and would not recommend this company. I will be throwing away the foxtail ferns they left and money for the safety of my children and pet. DO NOT USE

  Stephanie and David are phenomenal! Our yards were in bad shape. They tilled, got rid of all the weeds and debris, put down topsoil, graded and leveled it properly, then put sod in. They also installed river rock in a couple of spots in our yard, and pavers in two other locations. The thing I noticed most about them aside from their obvious expertise, professional demeanor and positive attitudes was that they take tremendous pride in their work. They take the time to do things correctly, and pay attention to detail. Also, they offered their professional opinion and advice when I asked for it, but didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of things we didn't really need. The work they do isn't just landscaping—it's giving happiness and peace of mind, and I'm so grateful I found them. Not only would I hire them again, I already have! They'll be here again next week doing more landscaping and making our living spaces even more beautiful

  One of the worst experiences I've had with a contractor. Juan was very friendly and easy to communicate with, at least until after the work was done. He and his helper installed two French drains using what I believe were the wrong materials (non-perforated tubing), at too shallow a depth, without proper burial. When I asked him to fix the problems he ghosted me. I do NOT recommend hiring Juan

  I really like this company! I called them because on my 1/3 acre lot, the grass has pulled back from the fence line, the bed borders, and the sidewalk. I was going to buy the sod myself, and have it installed by a neighborhood guy who does yardwork, but kept getting rained out or the guy cancelled. Got an estimate that while was more than I thought it would cost:-), A&O was less than ABC Commercial Services who I use for HVAC and plumbing. Edgar is hands on, very responsive, and friendly. He told me that the St. Augustine Raleigh I was going to buy wasn't suited for the shady areas that needed replacement. He recommended Select which Milberger's confirmed was what I needed (but was rarely available to the general public to buy). Edgar and John worked hard to install a pallet and then when finished, I decided to order another pallet to really finish the job. Edgar got delayed one day because of a family emergency but communicated with me constantly. They got and installed the 2nd pallet on Wednesday, November 3rd, when the cold front and rain arrived. Edgar and John worked through the bad weather and were soaked when finished. Edgar asked if he could pick up the debris they took out before putting down enriched topsoil along with their tools/wheelbarrow....in a day or two. He wanted to let the area in the street dry, where he had put the topsoil, so he could come back and clean it up. Great, great service. I won't hesitate to use Alpha & Omega for future landscaping needs when they arise. Great experience!
