How to pay for my order?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Discover, American Express, Diner’s Club, JCB.
What to do if the card used for payment has been blocked or reissued?
In case of refund, the money is returned to the account of the card from which the payment was made. It remains the same if the card was reissued. If the card was blocked, contact the bank to retrieve the money from your account.
Do you guarantee security for bank card payments?
When working with bank card data, the information protection standard, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), developed by the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard is applied. This guarantees secure processing of the bank card information. The data transmission technology guarantees security through the use of the Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2) cryptographic protocol and closed banking networks with the highest degree of protection.
This means that all payments are processed on a secure page of an internationally certified online payment system. Your personal data (card details, sign in data, etc.) is protected and cannot be accessed by anyone including our online store.
I paid for my order by card (or online transaction). Why does the order page indicate that the payment failed?
It may take a couple of hours for the system to confirm the payment. During this period, the information on the page may not be updated. As soon as the payment is received, the status will be updated.
I paid for my order via the bank transaction, but I received a letter that my order awaits payment.
The period for receiving funds is 1 to 3 business days. If you have received such a message while your funds are still being processed by the bank, please ignore this message. The license details will be sent to you as soon as we receive your payment.
I experience problems with payment. What should I do?
Your card may be rejected in the following cases:
- Your card has expired.
- The credit limit has been reached or exceeded.
- The daily credit limit has been exceeded.
- One of the computers involved in the transaction has a technical problem.

Also you can contact technical support for assistance. When contacting technical support, you may be asked to provide the order number and describe the error that occurs during payment.
Placing the order
How to order an electronic license?
To order, click Buy next to the selected license option. On the Cart page, fill in the details:
- If you are purchasing a license for personal use, you must specify your first name, last name, and email address. The phone number is filled in at will.
- If you are acquiring a business license, you must specify the first name, last name of the contact person, email address, NIT or RFC, company name, legal address. The phone number is filled in at will.
Next, select a payment method from the list.
Do I have to register on the website?
Creating an account is not required for ordering through Allsoft.
Can I order without e-mail?
Unfortunately, no.
Most of the licenses sold via the Allsoft Ecommerce platform are electronic, that is, the license information for the purchased application and the invoice are delivered to you through email.
Your e-mail address is your identifier as an Allsoft Ecommerce customer, we can use it to search or restore orders if there is no other data.
Can I buy a license at your office?
Allsoft is an online store. We accept orders only through our websites and our partners' websites, and we accept payments through authorized payment systems.
Can I disagree with the sales and personal data processing rules?
By selecting these checkboxes, you sign the Agreement between you and Allsoft Ecommerce, under which we guarantee the fulfillment of our obligations and in which we provide all the necessary information about the order processing process. Without such a contract, the provision of services in the form of licensing, unfortunately, is impossible.
I am asked for a license code / serial number, what do I need to specify?
This data may be required by the software developer to generate a license. In most cases, the current license key is used to generate a renewal key, to change the version, or to provide a discount. You can find the key in the application interface or in the email confirming your previous purchase. If the activation code email has been deleted, you can resend it yourself. In some cases, you will have to pre-install the demo on the PC on which the program will be used in the future. In the installed demo version you will be able to see the necessary combination of characters.
Do I have to use my real name and information?
We recommend using real names. Most of the licenses are issued personally, meaning the licenses are created specifically for your data. If you provide fake information, it may not allow to form the license and increase the total delivery time due to additional clarifications.
In addition, in order to receive assistance from Allsoft Ecommerce or to restore license information, it is necessary to provide the buyer's name and other information. If the data is made up, you risk forgetting what you have entered.
Order delivery
When will I receive an email with the activation code?
Delivery times may vary. Most licenses are delivered in 10-15 minutes with online payment (for business solutions, it may take 1-5 business days). For some licenses, it takes more time. You can view the delivery time on the order payment page.
I have entered a wrong email, what should I do?
In this case we will find your order and send it to the correct email.

What is electronic delivery?
An activation code is generated based on the customer's data and sent to the customer by the email specified at the time of order. The software is delivered as a registration email with data for software activation along with installation and activation instructions.
Does delivery time vary depending on the selected payment method?
Yes. For online payment methods, such as bank cards, and for offline payment methods, the delivery times are different. Online payments are processed faster.
Auto-renewal
What is auto-renewal of the ordered license?
Auto-renewal allows you to seamlessly extend the current license for the next period without your participation. The renewal order is generated and paid automatically before the expiration of the current license. This saves you time: we extend your license by sending you a notification about the payment date and a confirmation of the license renewal.
Automatic renewal ensures the uninterrupted work of your application. The license term is updated automatically as soon as your current license expires.
How to disable auto-renewal?
You can disable auto-renewal:
- Before the renewal is paid, click Deactivate on the order page.
- Open the email you will receive before the renewal is paid, click on Your automatic renewals, choose the product and click Cancel.
- Contact technical support in case of problems.
I do not recognize a charge from you on my card.
You might have bought a monthly or yearly subscription with auto-renewal enabled.
When buying a subscription with auto-renewal, the user agrees to being automatically charged for the next period and provides the bank card details.
- Decide if you wish to use the renewal license. If you want to keep the license and use it, then all license information for renewal has already been sent to the email you have specified.
If you don’t, then disable auto-renewal.
- If you want a refund, please contact technical support.
Why do I have auto-renewal enabled?
The auto-renewal option was selected when you placed the initial order, which is why the renewal order has been created automatically.
When will I be charged for auto-renewal?
For long-term licenses (6 months or longer):
30 days before the current license expiration date, you will get a notification with the renewal details to the email address you specified while placing your initial order. Automatic attempts to charge you for the new subscription will be performed 20, 10 and 0 days before your current license expiration.
For licenses with the term shorter than 6 months:
7 days before the current license expiration date, you will get a notification with the renewal details to the email address you specified while placing your initial order. You will be charged for the new subscription term one day before your current license expiration.
In the notification you will find the payment amount for th renewal valid for the date of order placement.

How can I get a refund?
A refund is available for many licenses within 30 days of purchase. Please contact
technical support and specify the following information in your request:
- E-mail
- Order number (A00XXXXXXXX)
- Refund reason
How to place an order for a legal entity?
To order, click Buy next to the selected license option. On the Cart page, fill in the details: The name, surname of the contact person, email address, NIT or RFC, company name, legal address. The phone number is filled in at will. Next, select a payment method from the list.
How to pay for an order placed by a legal entity?
To pay for your order, you can use the following options:
- Use cashless payment. It may take up to 2 banking days.
- Pay with a bank card. Accounting documents are issued to the cardholder.
How can I obtain accounting documents?
The accounting documents are generated within 7 days after placing the order.
Guarantees and responsibilities of the online store
Will the order be delivered after payment?
Allsoft Ecommerce has been providing software sales services since 2004, delivering high-quality software and equipment.
Does the store guarantee the quality of the software?
Allsoft Ecommerce is not responsible for the quality of software products and does not test them. Vendors are responsible for the quality of their software products. The online store is not responsible for any customer damage, direct or indirect. The amount of compensation to the customer of the online store may in no case exceed the value of the goods paid. Allsoft reserves the right to change the price of products when the supplier's price list is changed.
Does the store guarantee the security of my personal data?
We use secure methods to store the information received from the customer. Allsoft Ecommerce guarantees that the information provided by the customer is used exclusively for the purpose of providing customer service and providing the services requested. By using the Allsoft Ecommerce website and Allsoft Ecommerce e-commerce carts on partner websites, the user agrees to the following terms and conditions.
- The privacy clause applies to the information that the client provides while using Allsoft Ecommerce and that in principle can be associated with a specific user (client).
- Any personal information about the user is not disclosed to third parties. The proposed nondisclosure terms apply to Allsoft Ecommerce. Nondisclosure terms are limited to the Allsoft Ecommerce website and Allsoft Ecommerce carts hosted on partner websites, and do not apply to companies and organizations linked to them on the website.
