  Honestly, working with Paulo and his team was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor. I know that's not something you hear everyday, but it's true. I needed someone to replace some rotted out trim on my windows, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. He exemplified everything I was hoping for with this job. He stopped by promptly to give me an estimate, responded to my texts within minutes before, during, and after the project, and the work started exactly on time and as promised--0800AM sharp!   THESE PEOPPLE ARE EXREMELY RUDE!!!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THE WAY RICHARD TREATED ME IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. First they no-showed our consultation appointment. No show No call. Then he proceeds to call me weeks later and accused me of lying saying he spoke with my husband, and that my husband told him my mother was on her death bed. Own up to the mistake of no-showing my consultation I had scheduled with you, and maybe I would have had you back. I've not heard anything from them for weeks and then he calls me up and then begins to accuse me and yell at me. DO NOT USE THEM. I STILL AM IN SHOCK
