    Derrick Rea, the project manager, walked me through the entire process of the homeowners insurance claim process. Derrick did the initial inspection of the siding and determined that my homeowners insurance would cover hail damage that had occurred during the late spring of 2019. Derrick was present for the insurance adjuster assessment of the damage. He made sure all the siding and gutter damage was included on the adjuster’s claim sheet. Derrick walked me through what to expect when the materials would be arriving, when the siding and gutter teams would be doing the work, and the entire homeowners insurance claim process. The vinyl siding is beautiful, durable, hassle-free, and nicely textured. The siding will never need to be painted, caulked, patched and energy efficient. The siding replacement team came to our home and did the entire job in a day, which was impressive because it had snowed an inch overnight. When the gutter installation team came, again, the job was done in the same day. I was very impressed and happy with the work done. Kudos to Derrick Rea, for making it happen and being there every step of the way. They made me a believer and if you want quality work done for your siding and gutters, Urakrai Enterprises is the way to go

Elman and his crew members were very easy to work with, friendly, and were available to answer questions or adapt to minor requests. They were very thorough to replace all the rotten wood, which I really appreciated. My house looks amazing! I upgraded to the best siding recommended by Consumer Reports, which is manufactured by the company Elmans' often uses. The windows were also good quality, and look better than some my neighbors had recently installed. The gutters and gutter guards were installed well too. I appreciate that they are a family business, which was very responsive. If you are considering siding, windows or gutters, Elmans' should be on the top of your list for excellent quality, great prices and ease of getting the job done. Very highly recommended

    The Brothers Who Just Do Gutters did a fabulous job from start to finish. It started with online inquiry that got us in contact with the Estimator Steve. He was punctual and professional. He addressed our concerns and worked with us as we requested multiple different options. He helped to guide us and offered suggestions that improved our gutters so they no longer flood our crawlspace. The team of installers arrived on time and were very good at removing the old gutters and getting new ones in place. They did hit a small nag - the downpipe elbows were wrong and so unable to install, however the field supervisor Dylan, was able to come back and made quick work with the finished product. Everyone from the initial contact through the completion of our project were helpful kind and professional. Can't thank the folks at Brothers Who Just Do Gutters enough

    I never put much stock into lifetime warranties until now! BNW came out within one day of my calling to report a piece of my gutter got blown off. Gerald was wonderful, explained to me that i needed to clean the outside of my gutters for best performance. He repaired the piece in a few minutes.     TERRIBLE SERVICE----I have used this company for gutter cleaning for a number of years & never had a problem in the past. Lately service and responsiveness have greatly deteriorated. Called in mid July 2021 for gutter cleaning left voice mail message no call back. After not hearing anything for a couple of weeks, I call back again. This time I get the owner (Ethan). He claims to have not gotten the phone message. So I schedule appointment for next available date Monday, August 9, 2021. Today is Wed. August 18 and no service yet. I called and left message on Friday, Aug. 13, again on Monday, Aug 16 and again on Tuesday, Aug. 17.....Despite the nice voice mail message saying that he will return a call as soon as possible, I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. So today August 18, 2021 I called a left him a message to cancel my August 9 appointment....This business is NOT COMMUNICATING, SO I CAN NO LONGER RECOMMEND

Right from the start the owner of the company Jay called me guaranteeing his excellent work and he was right. Throughout the whole process my point of contact was Jay and he updated me weekly, sometimes daily. I had work done on my house while being 3,000 miles away and Advanced Home Exteriors helped me with everything. Not only did they do my roof and siding but they also did some electrical work, paint, and deck repair even fixing other contractors bad work!
