    I cannot say enough about A-1. They came out and saved our Christmas!!! We just moved in to our house and had all of our Christmas stuff in our garage--and were shocked by the door locking (we had no key!) I had little faith that I would find a locksmith on Christmas Eve. I called a dozen places that seemed kind of iffy. Even though they closed at 3 A-1 called me back at 4 and came out and got the old door opened. He was professional, prompt, quick to get the difficult job done and he was just genuinely a good person. If you need a locksmith A-1 is your best choice by far!

    The employee got lost on his way to my house, and he showed up one hour late. He was very nice, though, and called to let me know that he was on his way. He changed five locks in my doors and gave me four sets of keys. He accidentally put one of the locks on backward, but he corrected it. The locks and keys work well

    The locks were installed successfully on Friday, September 24. He charged $150. Two days after they were installed, one of the doorknobs fell off. We managed to put it back on, but it did not lock correctly. I texted Mr. Zinni on Sunday, October 3 and told him of my complaint. He texted me back and told me he would return to fix it after he “check[ed] his schedule”. He never got back to me. On Monday, October 25, I texted him once again, reminding him that he never got back to me. Once again, no response. On Tuesday, November 2, I texted him for a third time. Finally, he got back to me, letting me know that “I’ll be there this week.” It is now Saturday, November 6. No response. This is not acceptable service

    Craig was great during the brief conversation we had. He was a super nice guy and very honest. I close on the purchase of my home on June 23rd and wanted the locks changed that day or the day after. He informed me he would be on vacation that week and would be happy to come out when he returned that next week. Due to the circumstances and the condition of the individual who lived in the home prior to being sold, we needed the locks changed ASAP and my wife didn't feel comfortable waiting a week to change the locks. I explained my reason for not being able to wait and Craig strongly agreed i call someone else to have the locks changed, since he wasnt able to make it out on the day i needed him. He referred us to another locksmith in the area. Again, Craig was nice, professional, and personable. I would hire him in the future though if needed. Enjoy your time away Craig

He immediately diagnosed the problem and even had the (not commonly available) parts in his service truck. The options were outlined and the procedure was explained as he completed the repair. He noticed some misalignment around the door and the jam's strike plate and improved the fit. Price was very reasonable and I felt Ben was honest and efficient as well as friendly
