Description of Work
This provider finished our basement. His main business is America homes but he runs a number of websites with different names. We typically use this site to contact him http://www.cincybasements.com/contact.html We reported questions/problems and he is basically non responsive and does not take action. Voice mail is full. I tried to text. For all previous issues he sends to sub contractors in a very unprofessional way. He acts like I know the subs and it is not his problem. He never provided a list of subs plus told us when the project happened that they should not talk with us as it is his job. Funny how things change to fit his needs. I had another issue that I wanted to work with him on (leaking) which was a concern he supposedly took in consideration with the job but did not and show him the work he needed to correct with the basement job (flooring). He sent another contractor over and the guy said he would need me to pay him directly. Actually the referral guy was nice and I hired him for other work not related.

We have finished over 200 basements and this is our first and only complaint. The work was completed professionally with quality products as described in the specifications, plans, and selection documents. The customer has experienced problems with a plank hardwood floor installed because her basement flooded. This is not covered by her warranty.
