Jim Carver & SonsThey finished the work around August of last year. I did have a loose end with the bathroom door that I had to hire a handyman for, and I did not like that. But many months later when I'm ready to do more renovation work, I realize that the new bathroom Jim Carver created for me has been my favorite room in the house, and I also realize, after working with contractors for the near 30 years that I've lived in my home, that none of them compare to the quality job that Carver did for me. Its been several months now, and everything -- absolutely they did works fine and looks amazing.- BARBARA B.

Jim Carver & SonsWe had an excellent experience with Jim Carver and Sons. Replaced shower, tub, vanity, toilet topper, lights, some electrical, and plumbing fixtures. The designer, Brian, was great - listened to our ideas, not pushy, budget sensitive, and came up with great suggestions that led to a bathroom design that is just what we wanted. Installation work was very professional. Contractor, Cameron, had the integrity to let us know if a part came with a scratch or dent (instead of covering it up) and replaced items. He also took the time to precisely select and layout the patterned tile. Carver assembles all items for the job before starting which really helps to move the job along. We had Carver also order all items for the job which simplified things as well. They have a range of suppliers so we could get the materials we wanted. We also had this job done during COVID. Contractor took multiple precautions (sealed off work area, wore masks, ran vent fan, opened windows) and no one got sick. They cleaned up the work area every day and laid cloth or plastic protective coverings on carpets and stairs. Good communication (e-mail and phone), stayed in touch, and someone at the business location always answers the phone.- Cynthia H.

T&N; Quality Bldg and RemodelingMark, Colin, and team are top notch. They run a very professional business and are customer oriented more so than any other company I’ve worked with in this industry. We trusted their team with a master bath remodel in late 2019. We went with this crew based on how focused they were on satisfying our needs and making sure our bathroom was what my wife had envisioned. They were patient and never made us feel rushed during any of the decisions we needed to make. They were not the least expensive but were competitive and I was comfortable with the premium given the reviews and quality of the work I had seen from other projects. Allow the employees are amazing. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. They worked quickly and efficiently. It’s been 18 months and we’ve had no problems with the work. And when my kids loosened a faucet, Colin and Craig came over within 48hrs to fix at no cost even though it was our fault. Simply the best. I am considering further work on my home with this team and have no interest in quoting other contractors because I may save a little bit in my opinion, it’s worth it to get the best construction team.- Danny S.

FELDHAUS CONSTRUCTION LLCJeff at Feldhaus Construction was HIGHLY recommended to us by three friends. We dove into our our complete bathroom remodel, as we wanted the garden tub and tiny shower removed to replace with a very large, tiled shower. It involved a complete tear out, moving of plumbing, then installing our new beautiful tile, half wall, plumbing and paint/finishing. Everything turned out beautifully! fantastic - from the detail in the proposal to the execution on time on budget. They took the mantle off, removed and took away the old tile, figured out a way to dispense with some of the typical underlayment in order for the new stone hearth to come out flush with the floor, and installed the new tile. There was some basement reinforcement needed due to the workaround and they did that. Did a beautiful job - from carpentry to tile to painting. AND on their way out moved a ceiling light fixture and repaired the ceiling such that it was seamless. I am a fan!

Met with a guy earlier this yr about a bath remodel. I was told to allow 90 min. 3.5 hrs later he told me “ your golden on financial part”. Which was 0 down , 0 interest , 0 payment for 1 yr. Fast forward about 2 months I get a call that said well your payment is 50 dollars more a month , your interest rate is 13 percent and you will have to start paying when the job is done. I said no forget it. The very next morning after being told no on a call I recorded this company ran my credit for a fourth time. 8 days ago I was told via text message the owner had signed my refund check and it was in the mail by another boss. Today I find out the company never cancelled the job and no check has been mailed. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
