We are a upfront pricing pay upon completetion company. Which means simply, each job is a flat rate price. We do not add cost to a job due to extra time added to the job for unforseen difficulties. If the house next to you has a 50 gallon gas Water Heater replaced For 923$ replacing your Same size and model water heater would be 923$ if your neighbors takes 1.5 hours and for some reason yours takes 5 hours you both still pay 923$ No money due upfront and you dont pay until the job is completed and clean. We as of now take check and cash payments. We also have Money/account transfr options via phone....

We have tried reaching out to Michael via email, as is requested on the Groupon, and after doing some internet searching to even find his number, by phone as well. We have never heard back and have to now request a refund from Groupon. Buyer beware!
