  Overall all very good experience. Jesser and his crew finished the remodel of our bathroom after our previous contractor turned out to be a nightmare. The bathroom looks really good. The only negative feedback that I could give would be for better communication. Was not that great responding to messages and sometimes grew frustrating when trying to communicate when he and/or his crew was coming to our house. And I am always big on communication and customer service. It's the main thing I value most out of everything. But overall, they did a great job. Great floor and tile work. The painting was pretty decent. It could have been a little better. However, he worked well with our budget and the bathroom turned out really good overall

He was very fair with his price, always available by phone or text (very different from other contractors we have worked with), and stuck to a timeline. He turned a closet into a new bathroom (plumbing, flooring, moved a wall, all electric, etc- did it all) for us, as well as installed a tile backsplash in our kitchen. He managed the process in detail and ensured that all work was up to his high standards. He also is very creative in his problem solving.   Everything from quote to finished basement went very well thanks to our on-site project manager Nate and the owner Chris. Once the project started Nate was very communicative about the basement layout and as the work progressed we talked each day to make sure everything was coming together well. Nate and his team were very skilled and accommodated many customizations in our Entertainment room and gym. I would highly recommend Remark Construction for any type of remodel. Our basement build out was larger than normal and the team was very organized and handled all challenges to create a wonderful space for our family to enjoy for years.

  We hired Countertops by Nathan to complete a bathroom remodel for us. This project had previously been started by another contractor with disastrous results. We hired Nathan and his crew to start over again. They made a masterpiece out of a disaster! Nathan was very responsive in all of our interactions. He was willing to offer his expert advice but was not overbearing when it came to the design of the project. When they called back with the estimate, we were surprised at how affordable they were. During the construction, one thing that stood out to us was the fact that they communicated with us well on every step of the project. We knew exactly what days they were going to be working and what times they would be in our house. We also noticed that Nathan and his crew hold themselves to a high standard as far as quality goes. After the completion of the project, we discovered a minor error. When we contacted Nathan, his son was literally at our house within 10 minutes to correct the problem. Then, the next day, Nathan called us to let us know that he had been thinking about the problem. While they initially thought they had corrected it, he believed that there was a bigger problem. He was willing to come back that very same day to correct the problem. We believe that this shows the character of Nathan and his crew. We thought that the problem had been corrected. We probably would have never discovered the problem. But Nathan knew that it was not done properly and wanted to make things right. We would hire this company again in a heartbeat. My wife is already thinking about the next project that she can have them complete!
