Andy is extremely knowledgeable and helped us through every step of the project, including recommended vendors to select materials and fixtures.     I am so happy that I decided to hire Samanco! After searching for over a year for a reliable and affordable contractor, I wish I hadn't wasted my time and had gone with Samanco to begin with. Dan is reliable, trustworthy, personable, and professional, and it was a pleasure to work with him. Paulo was also reliable, professional, and did amazing work. He completely gutted my main 1950's bathroom and turned it into a dream come true. He put in new floor boards and walls. He installed a new tub, new toilet, marble flooring, and beautiful marble tile for the tub/shower surround. I ordered a custom vanity and marble top including backsplash from Samanco and it was perfect. Samanco made sure that all of the finishing touches were perfect from the paint to the lighting and everything in between. They provided top quality work, and I would definitely hire them again

First the quality of the work and attention to every single detail was superb. Second all the workers for Samanco were professional and were able to explain any detail and the options available.     My husband and I hired 4Ever Remodeling after an extensive research to find the right design- build company to remodel our home. I am sure that we were not easy to work with as we had very specific design ideas but once I found out that the designers Anna and Magda had actually designed one of the projects that I found on this company website, I took it as a good sign. We checked their references, AL, Yelp and Google reviews and State Licensing. They were a bit more expensive than the other quotes but their reputation and process were outstanding. We are so glad we made the right choice. I loved that we got a start date AND a finish date, along with a schedule through their builderstrend software of exactly what was going to be done each day and who was going to be in my home doing it. Our project manager was on the top of everything.I am thrilled to report that is exactly what transpired. Whole team from office manager, sals consultant, designers, project manager, workers and trades were true to their words. My new home that included remodeling of kitchen, 2 bathrooms, plumbing, electrical, flooring and painting work loo looks the way envisioned from the beginning.
