Horrific Service

A decent plugin with atrocious service. I'm not sure why this is the norm for wordpress plugin software support. You pay $300 for something, but when you need help it takes them 2 days to respond. It has been 5 days since I purchased this and I still can't get it up and running because I've left 9 messages asking for help and they've responded twice with vague, unhelpful messages. There are plenty of other knowledge-based plugins out there with better support. I recommend passing on this one.

Simple but with many features that make this kb plugin great

I've been using this plugin for about a year and it works great. It's nice to have a plugin that's dedicated to kb stuff and has nice features that make it stand apart from the rest. I haven't had any issues except one but it turned out not to be an issue and was fixed by turning off one setting. Good stuff!

The name sounds very simple and deceptive. But this is an excellent plug-in that is a holistic knowledge management solution. This plug-in is simple yet comprehensive. It offers a solution for categorizing, organizing, displaying, and querying your information in a sophisticated way. Rating Here is my rating: Features: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Support: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (I will give seven on a scale of 1 to 5) UI: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cost: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall : 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Cool feature Do you want to have a micro Google in your office? You can create a simple FAQ, turn on the AI feature. You can let your users type questions like the way they do on google. AI engine retrieves all relevant topics. I am working on integrating with a voice search plug-in and have Alexa, Ok Google, answer all questions. How cool is that! Who needs this plug-in or knowledge management solution? This is a must-have plug-in for bloggers, companies offering technical support, and organizations with multiple training requirements—those looking for productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. If you have more than two blogs, two documents, and 2 SOPs, 2 FAQs, you will begin to realize the value of this plug-in. Who does not need this plug in? I tried various Knowledge base style plugins and Betterdocs was a clear winner for me. Easy to and customise as you need. Their support is also really fast to respond should you need assistance.
