Sorry if I was not clear before, but resetting the products is only half of what you need to do. After doing that, you’ll need to resync the products fresh, under Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync tab, like this:

Can you do a fresh sync and see if that helps?

Can you also share how many variations there are on a product that is not syncing properly? To avoid issues we do recommend ensuring it is less than one hundred variations per product.

If it is less than one hundred per product and you are still experiencing the issue you could attempt reconnecting with Facebook entirely. There are some steps available at the article linked below:

Hi guys, sorry I’m late. I needed to travel and had no computer access.

Unfortunately, my problem is still present 🙁
today i updated plugins, woocommerce and wocommerce for facebook and failed to sync variable products. Products do not receive Facebook ID for variable products (as below).

I’ve considered reinstalling the plugins and getting started, but I’ve had a lot of trouble syncing the store to Instagram and I’m not willing to risk losing everything that’s working.

if I don’t find another alternative, I will live with the problem and register only simple products. It may affect my customers’ browsing in the store, but at least what was difficult to make work will remain in operation.`

From what I understand, you are having issues syncing with Facebook only for product variations?

* Please browse to
WP Admin >> WooCommerce >> Products

* Click and open the variable product from there
* Within the Product Data Section, Please click each variation, expand its details and make sure you have added all Facebook related fields in there.

Also make sure the details such as price, weight and dimensions are complete for each variation. If these are incomplete, Facebook will not accept it.

The problem only occurs for variable products.

The facebook fields are all filled. I have products older than the latest updates that are synced without a problem. The filling is identical to the previous ones and all fields filled out.

I tried create a new product and the problem occurs yet. 🙁
