It was a pleasure hiring Mr. Estevez to remove a small partition wall separating our dining room from our living room. He did a great job with the removal, patching the hole on the adjoining wall, and painting over it. He was even gracious enough to paint the rest of the wall just to make sure everything matches. If you're looking for an all-around Handyman who is honest, affordable, and does excellent work, look no further than Mr. Estevez.

I worked with A&J to repair a bunch of rotted trim on the exterior of my home. They did the job quickly, cleaned up the site, and everything looks great. They could've done a smash and go job but they took their time to get all of the rotted wood and make sure the finished product looked good. I will happily work with them again on future projects.

Earl and his team did an amazing job repairing our ceiling after we had water damage. He took the time to protect other areas and worked nonstop until the project was completed. I received quotes ranging from 5k to 800.00. This company was the only one who told me that my windows might be under warranty, and they tried to save me money. With honesty like that, you can tell they hire staff with integrity. I would gladly recommend them and work with them again for any future window repair needs.

We recommend United Residential Builders with 5-stars! Their professionalism, creative design and quality of work were outstanding. Our project included a complete kitchen remodel, hardwood floors throughout the first floor and a basement buildout including bedroom, kitchenette, rec room and bathroom. A major part of the kitchen remodel was the demolition of a 80s style brick cooktop/stove area and inserting a significant/primary LVL beam to provide an open-concept kitchen with an island. The open kitchen is beautiful!!! Being an engineer I was concerned about the significant structure change to the core of the house. But the owner of URB, Aiman, did an outstanding job of explaining and designing the support structure. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and experience. Aiman was extremely helpful in the design of the project and provided ideas, options and tradeoffs. Aiman (the owner) and Mo (the PM) were on-site often to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. They were flexible in last-minute changes that I requested and the outcomes were fantastic. They were able to complete the project just before my daughters college graduation party and the guests were impressed. Eventhough the project took longer than expected and some additional costs were incurred due to the original house condition, overall it was a great experience with United Residential Builders and I would recommend them with high marks!

This is actually the second and third times we have used Ryan Reph Remodeling. They have always completed our projects on time and exceeded our expectations. Their crews clean up well each day and do their best to disrupt our routine as little as possible. We have also appreciated that we can select and purchase materials on our own, but still rely on Ryan and Selwa for recommendations and design advice.
