This unit was about $3,500 more than the first contractor's estimate, but after Skylar went through all the information and "educated" me on things I wasn't aware of, I felt more confident going with ACE. Zach and Sergio were at my home (as promised) early the next morning and within less than 5 hours, had the unit installed and heating my home. Great unit. Great price. Great service. Thanks, guys.

They came in and gave us some general information on water heater maintenance. The cost was reasonable and they gave us warning signs of when the water heater can fail. All in all it was a great experience. They wore masks and were very courteous.

Tub to walk-in shower conversion. Larry was amazing to work with on my very goofy timeline, and William and his helper did a great job on the demo & installation. They took care of our existing property (protected the carpets, etc.) and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. Highly recommend and I would hire this company again.

The plumber did a great job at fixing the problem. I would like to commend Ashley,
the girl that works in the office for going above and beyond to help us with the
home warranty co. She keep in contact with us to let us know what was going on.
If her boss reads this, she totally deserves a raise. It's hard to find good employees

Had a nightmare of a gas pipe issue when moving into my new house. Had a pretty big drop in pressure and couldn't have my gas line turned on initially. Called a few people but they all told me things were going to require a full re-piping. AZ Premier Services tested all the lines, went to the store to get dye and fixed 5 small leaks in my piping system near the mainline, in the attic and all over and didn't leave until it was completely fixed. Ended up saving me $3500 by fixing the leaks instead of just caring about how much money they could get form me. Incredibly honest, hard working and professional. Plan to use them again later when I need to replace my water heater.

Excellent all-around to Kyle and D. On time, professional and total clean up of work area. This was a toilet removal/new install. Took about 45 minutes compared to the internet saying it takes a plumber 1-2 hours. Very focused on the job and took the time to answer questions. My recommendation: use Hansen Family Plumbing and ask for Kyle and D if they are available.
